Burgers Etc — Restaurant in Burley

If you are wanting to go out to eat with friends here in burley make sure that you smack your nearest buddy that suggests this place!

Absolutely horrible customer service!!

There was probably 2 groups of people that came in at once and by the actions and the attitude of the girl behind the counter one would think the world was ending and the building was about to come down!

First of all we ordered our food that came out 15 minutes later cold! (Again only 3 groups of people in the restaurant and we were the first)

Second they got the order wrong. (The only thing wrong was we got a side of fry’s instead of tots that we ordered)

I kindly with a little skip in my step walked to the counter and asked if I could get the tots i ordered (I even had the unordered frys in my hand) and you would have thought I was robbing this place at gunpoint! She immediately told me “no I put them on your tray” so I kindly said “we didn’t even order regular fry’s we ordered curly fry’s and tots” so she decided to turn around and ignore me while I stood there, then after what felt like a year and a half she looked back at me and argued that she gave us tots so I walked back to my table grabbed my entire try of food brought it up to the counter with the receipt in hand and assured her there was no tots! Then after ignoring me again she said they’d get me some tots so I went back to my table to enjoy my cold food that I spend $40 on for 2 people and another 7 and a half minutes later she screamed “your tots are done” and so I got up from my frigid meal to retrieve my longly awaited tots and she slammed them on the counter with a glare on her face and said “here are your tots” and I kindly said thank you and finished my frozen meal as her and her coworkers loudly mocked us from behind the counter!

If you are still here reading this just know that if you had any wonders about going out to eat at burgers etc and you want to be treated the same way as a chow line in the state prison this is your place!

Drove down with excitement to come back here from Nampa. It was the highlight of my day due to an unfortunate event of family passing,which was the reason to be back in the area. Sadly, paid 12.50 for a small chicken burger(meal), that was smaller than usual & in a normal bun (Use to be in hoagie bun). A lot has changed and don't think for the best. Paid for Fry's and drink with it as a meal and honestly won't be back. It tasted way off and later ended up sick from it. Threw it up. The speaker/intercom still not as good either. And know some staff was fired or let go in the past for getting orders wrong because how crappy it was, and couldn't hear what the customers wanted in drive thru. After all the changes, cant get a decent speaker? I really enjoyed the chicken burgers over the years, and was a resident from Declo. I'm truly sad from the past and current experiences. And have been supportive of this business til now.... ended up sick...not good. Even prices not worth it. Was also uncomfortable while waiting for my food. Staff or manager, older medium size lady kept looking at me like I was some criminal or something. Awk...ward. Overall: Looking at the other review, if they have to "remind" customers to be kind, it makes me wonder if theyr already going downhill. Wish I had better experiences. I remember why I stopped doing business with this establishment. Drove over for a late night shake, Rupert was closed when I tried to call in my order but they answered. Told me Burley was open until 11 so I figured ok I have time. I started trying to call in my order at 1040 as I drove, no answer. I assume they are busy so I keep going. As I approach the signs illuminated and the window sign says open. I drive around to the speaker and the lady inside just looks our way and flipped the sign. I drive up to the window and homk and all I see is figures behind a mirrored window moving around. I pull away but called again. This time I get an answer with attitude. When I explained what I had just experienced she insists they had turned the sign long before I arrived implying that I was crazy or just making it up. I just said whatever and hung up.
