Delicias Cake & Bakery — Restaurant in Burlington

On January 9th, I had my first experience with this bakery. When I got there, it was extremely clean and well organized, but the service I received was extremely bad. The woman who was serving me was extremely rude and seemed like she didn't want to be there. She had a sullen face and served me as if I was forcing her to do so. Then I saw her serving a family before me. I believe she was extremely rude and didn't care about serving them. I even asked, "Are you the owner?" because she seemed to be the owner of the establishment. I found the way she asked questions and made a disgusted face extremely unnecessary. I also asked for two ice cubes to put in my coffee and she looked at me and said, "You're going to put them in your coffee." I said yes because I was driving. Hot coffee is dangerous to spill. Help me out in a not very nice way. I hope that with this review I can warn the owners of the bakery. I'm going to give five stars because the products are very good. But for the service, I would...

I tried a few things on my first trip and can't wait to try more. The rolls were fantastic. I want to pick up more and try making sandwiches on them since they are a good size for that. We also enjoyed a coconut roll which was nice because it was mildly sweet and not overpowering. The clear winner of the trip was a chicken stuffed roll which I must buy more of. It made a perfect lunch for me. Lastly I bought what looked like a banana upsidedown cake slice. I was disappointed as I expected it would be as moist and sweet as pineapple upsidedown cake but clearly wasn't. I t didn't impact my star rating as I have no idea what this Brazilian desert should taste like. Just don't buy it with pineapple upsidedown cake in mind. So many things to try there I will...

Eu comprei alguns mini pastéis e um risole de presunto e mussarela. Apenas quando cheguei em casa eu percebi que cobrado mas não tinham colocado k risole de presunto e mussarela na minha bag. Como eu moro a 30 minutos do local, não valeria a pena voltar lá para pegar o risole. Então eu liguei para eles e expliquei o que aconteceu para a atendente que me transferiu para um homem que creio eu ser o gerente. Expliquei a situação e ele disse que a máquina a de cartão era nova e não conseguiria devolver o valor pelo meu cartão. Então eu disse se ele poderia fazer um Zelle. Ele disse que sim, pegou o meu contato e disse que faria naquele mesmo instante. Resumindo, ele não fez o Zelle. 4$ não faz a mínima diferença para mim e acredito que para ninguém, mas a falta de respeito deles ao consumidor me deixou indignado. Nunca mais voltarei lá e não recomendo que comam lá.

I bought some mini pastries and a ham and mozzarella risole. Only when I got home I realized that I charged but they hadn't put k risole of ham and mozzarella in my bag. As I live 30 minutes from the place, it wouldn't be worth going back there to get the risole. So I called them and explained what happened to the attendant who transferred me to a man who I believe to be the manager. I explained the situation and he said that the card machine was new and he could not return the amount for my card. So I told him if he could make a Zelle. He said yes, took my contact and said he would do it at that very moment.
