Just order from a local pizza place and save yourself the trouble... We ordered our food at 6:30pm and didn't receive the food until 8:15pm. When the food arrived it was cold, not just the pizza but the sandwich and the chicken as well. Like it had been sitting in a refrigerator (or a car in 20 degrees) cold. Cold to the degree of being inedible unless heated back up. Upon receiving the food we called the location to inform them our food was in fact inedible and were only offered coupons or for them to "re-make it" why would I want coupons for food I've received and was unhappy with? I'm not going to order from here again so that's not a very smart thing to offer. As for remaking the food, if the staff can't complete my order the first time what faith can I have in them to complete it a second time while probably unhappy with me for complaining, I've worked in the food industry I know how it is when customers complain. When asking if I could receive a refund I was told by the gentleman on the phone that the only way I could do so was I'd I returned the food by "bringing it back in". That floored me considering I paid for the food to be delivered and I saw that solution as a very "I don't care you're lying" brushing me off response. While completely unsatisfied with my order and the service from Dominos on North Ave in Burlington VT I am very glad to have received the service I did today as a reminder to only order from the better and more reliable local choices such as NYPO or Leonardo's. Read moreEvery time I or my partner order delivery we get the same order. “The Manager’s Special (2 medium pizzas, garlic parmesan bites, cinnamon twists, and a beverage) for $19.99. With one pizza being buffalo chicken, and one pizza with ham. With that being said they NEVER put the hot sauce on the buffalo chicken pizza. This has happened over a dozen times. Finally, after several times of this happening I took it upon myself to call over to them and tell them they didn’t make my buffalo chicken pizza properly. The manager gave me two options: 1. Bring me a new pizza OR 2. Put a credit for a free pizza on my account. I chose to get the credit to save them travel time, and I NEVER got the credit. This has been a reoccurring situation, and has still yet to stop. All of there workers clearly don’t pay attention busy or not because if they did this wouldn’t continue to happen. I do not appreciate getting chicken pizza when I order buffalo chicken pizza, and I do not appreciate being lied to about get a free pizza credit. I would not suggest ordering from this Domino’s as they’ll probably mess your orders up too. Take it from someone who’s been very forgiving and patient with there mistakes. Read moreA few days ago, I order 2 of the specialty chickens and a Cesar salad. I used the tracker online. It said that my order was ready for pick up. So I called the store. I had ordered delivery. He said yes, that the tracker sometimes does this. Then he went on to say how it had just come out of the oven and the guy was on his way. I said thank you and waited. When he got here and I sat down to eat the chickens were both Burnt and cold. Not edible. I called and they said they would give me credit. SOooo I called back tonight to get my credit and they informed me that they could give me credit for a pan pizza and that was all. I said, you find in my orders where I EVER ordered a pan pizza. So they refused to give me credit for the chicken and told me to call back tomorrow to talk the the general manager. I will let you all know what happens. I am pretty upset.
