Absolutely the most unorganized establishment!! My wife and I order on at 538pm and at that time, stated delivery time was 35 to 46 minutes. 558pm it stated on the app it was in quality control at 624pm my wife and I called to check status... was informed that It was out for delivery. I asked the employee to double check due to the app stating in quality control for over 20mins. I was than put control hold for about 10mins the same employee got on the phone and stated we can not find your order. I than asked to speak to the Manger. I was on hold for over 25mins that I was able to drive to the store still on hold!!! I enter the store where an employee asked what I needed... FYI the phone was ring non stop in the store. I was then told my possibly the manager that he canceled my order ( with out asking ) my order was canceled before I drove over to the store. My biggest issue is that the owner of the store can allow people to work with no accountability to the management staff!! Read moreAbsolute worst customer service. Ordered pizza online, stuck in traffic, took longer than expected to pick up. I completely understand the 'quality control' "law" that they were unable to serve pizza that sat for to long. But when I walk into store, 7.. 7 employees behind counter. Not ONE could have contaced us to inform us of said 'law'?? I would have 'replaced' an order since we were running behind. Then Brandi, supposedly manager, stated I was yelling (my husband, and kids and neighbor were all with me) never even raised my voice once. Then hung up on me. Absolutely terrible. I contacted corporate, was informed they would email me vouchers for this incident. If anyone wants them, let me know. We will NOT be ordering from this establishment ever again. The GM and manager apparently don't know how to communicate with customers. (And I've worked multiple jobs in the food industry).

Read moreI have had a few problems where the wrong order was sent to me multiple times, and those incidents were very frustrating. In the last incident, I asked for an Alfredo pasta bowl with no chicken. Somehow, the food was delivered 3 times to me with chicken in it. I spoke directly to the manager after the second time, and was assured it would be delivered correctly this time. After receiving the wrong order again, I couldn't help but laugh with the delivery boy, who stood there and watched me open the box to verify if the food was correct. I mean at that point it was comical. Not sure if the guy working the pasta line had an aneurysm or something, or maybe they just hate vegetarians. It's really not that hard to NOT put chicken in the bowl. I don't understand why the service I received was so bad that day, but as my grandpa says, "you can't try to understand stupid."
