I Know A Guy Foods Deli & Food Truck — Restaurant in Burlington

Have been very eager to try the food here and today I finally did. I was not impressed at all. Coming from a family who owned a deli for over 30 years I know a good sandwhich when I see/taste one. The chicken cutlet was extremely thin, over cooked and dry. The roasted peppers tasted and smelled like they were old. I understand the prices in food have gone up resulting in restaurants prices going up. But for the sandwhich I received today I do have to say it was over priced for the quality. I am not eager anymore to try...

Bad experience with the food truck. It took over an hour to get my order, only 2 paninis. When we confronted them, they said they forgot about my order. They gave a refund which was respectful, but they got my order wrong. I ordered a BBQ chicken panini for my cousin and a regular chicken panini no tomatoes for me. They gave me a BLT. The panini and BLT was bland anyways. Probably did it out of spite so not really friendly toward customers. Wouldn't recommend ordering from the truck but reviews look good...

I got a wrap delivered through Ubereats. This was AMAZING. I did a BYOW with grilled chicken, pesto, raw red onion, avocado, sun dried tomatoes and mozzarella cheese. This was fantastic. It was cut right in half perfectly, had great paper. I ordered on the app around 10:15, and scheduled for drop off between 12:00-12:30, it was here at 12:09. Great service and great food.
