Subway — Restaurant in Butler

Rude, slow and won't honor coupons. Brought a 2 week old coupon in which doesn't expire for another month. Handed it to her before the sandwhiches were fixed and then told at checkout the coupon wasn't good because her manager hadn't entered it into the system yet. Asked her to manually enter the price and was told that couldn't be done. Asked for her to ring up a similarly priced item instead. Was told very rudely "No".

Gave her a choice to honor what she admitted was a valid and local coupon or throw the entire order in the garbage. She still refused...so...

Got 6 inch rotisserie chicken sandwich that absolutely had the least amount of toppings i have ever gotten at a subway restaurant there were spaces between the lettuce of an inch or more there was not enough on it at all I have had more than one bad experience eating here this place is a complete ripoff in my opinion and I will be honest I do everything I can to save money and it passes me off that this subway will not take coupons from subway that don't give you your moneys worth when you...

It's a nice place to get a pretty good sandwich. The prices seem a little to high, but the sandwiches are pretty good. But the new little sandwichs they just came out with, that cost only $1.85, is not a good deal. The roll is hard, and there's not really much meat. Also I ordered a 6" inch steak sandwich, and I'm pretty sure it was only 4" inches long. I think they need to stop calling it a "12 inch or 6 inch sandwich", and just say, Large or Small.
