McDonald's — Restaurant in Butte

I was extremely disappointed with the staff as well as the food the lady on headset took plenty of time to even welcome us at the menu board and graciously ended my order with attitude before even attempting to confirm that it was complete. at the second window our wait time was 5+ minutes before she even appeared at the window. She was clearly irritated she gave me my change WITHOUT my receipt as well as not counting back my change or even voicing the amount. The food was mediocre at best the double cheese burger EXTRA pickel was infact not extra pickel but also soaking through the wrapper in grease and very obviously past its hold time 👎 my sandwich a spicy mcchicken with pickels and LIGHT mayo had NO mayo at all very little lettuce and was also not up to standards with its hold time the 3rd sandwich a quarter pounder with cheese looked as if it was the only care she had for the whole order being possibly the only edible sandwich received tonight. The management would very much benefit from putting employees that show the company they actually care about there customers as well as there products. being that this mcdonald’s is the closest establishment to my residence i will likely return eventually but i will be sure to seek contact with gm/asst.gm to ensure not every customer has an experience like we did tonight 2/10 don’t recommend if your even remotely looking to...

I am normally not much of a fan of McDonald's, but this location is usually really good, which is why I go out of my way to go to it. The most recent experience completely ruined that because there was an issue with the app, so the payment method did not work properly and nobody would help. When the manager was asked for help, they did not even leave their office. On top of that, this was the worst McDonald's food I have ever had. Every single thing had to have been sitting for at least two hours. It was absolutely pathetic, maybe even worse than the service. Lastly, it is incredibly overpriced, especially with this quality. We could have gone to a sit-down restaurant, fed our family of three and also had my wife and I get a couple of adult beverages and barely spent more after tipping thirty percent.
