I would not recommend!! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

My husband and I have spent lots of money here over the years! Today I spoke with the “manager” about a smoothie that they fixed incorrectly. I was given a banana smoothie with BUBBLEGUM flavor. The manager stated “why you did not taste it before leaving” and I was clearly not with my husband when he bought it. I did not ask for a refund but only for them to remake my strawberry banana smoothie. They responded that I could bring it back today but not tomorrow. Ok, so I'm not a donut person and I have to say the owner of this shop is awesome. Her name is incorporated into the business hence "V" Donuts and the artwork on her walls were all artistically brushed by her! We thought they were professionally done! She personally brought our order to the table and chatted with us as we shared our travel adventures of a cross country move and she shared her experiences of the surrounding areas near Jackson. V-Donuts has been another staple of Byram for years. I can’t tell you how many Christmas mornings I’ve started off with this very croissant because they were the only ones open.

They offer a lot breakfast-lunch options but I’m always drawn to the sausage, egg, and cheese croissant. The donuts are good, of course, and they’ve even added several tasty drink options recently.
