So what a disappointment, we've been trying new Places around the Cabo Rojo area to add to our Restaurant list for our Tours @420islandtours, so we visited Dylan's Grill House several times, before bringing our VIP clients to eat, But yesterday 4/20 we visited Dylan's Grill with some very important VIPs and ordered the same Plate La Parrillada we always do for 2 people but this time we ask for the Parrillada the serves 4 to 5 people that is almost double the Price of the regular 2 person Parrillada size order but to our surprise the 4 to 5 person size was exactly the same size of the 2 to 3 person Parrillada that we've order twice before at Dylan's Grill, so we called our server over an told him about the situation and to our surprise he just looks at us and said " oh I know but there's actually no difference between the two just for 3 more ribs that are added on than the 2 person size" and just smiled at the table and left, after that he didn't come back to the table but went to the kitchen where apparently he told the whole kitchen staff about the situation and they took turns coming out the kitchen one by one to stare down the table where we were sitting making our clients feel extremely uncomfortable. Apparently they don't know customer service and only treat the Customer depending on how they are Dressed. Since we were dressed in beachwear,

Honestly felt like a tourist trap for unsuspecting American travelers given the high food prices, as a resident of Puerto Rico the food prices were abhorrent given the taste of the food everything was just ok it's wasn't bad but 25 dollars for a sampler, you'd expect pretty high quality stuff it wasn't. Our waiter was nice for the 10 minutes she was with us after she gave us our appetizers she never came back we waited three hours outside given that the only seating available was outside we had to wait out there for three hours with just our drinks in 90°f after we told our waiter we were gonna leave she begged us to stay saying our food would take 10 minutes to get out we waited for about 15 minutes and then we left without paying for anything since at least they had the decency to do so. In short I wouldn't recommend eating here for the price and the food there are many more restaurants in Southwest area that cater better to both tourist and locals with a much more flexible prices and over all better...
