Los Famositos Cafe's — Restaurant in Cabo Rojo

We came here a week ago to get breakfast, was told it was going to be a 20 minute wait because there was only two cooks one being injured we said that’s okay. I decided to order a sandwich with a side a fries the lady taking my order was rude and told me there is no fries but hash browns. I said that’s fine, we then asked for bacon & was told there wasn’t any left we said it’s okay. One lady told us we can sit outside and out the tables together so we can all sit together. She was nice. Then a lady comes out from the back and tells us that it will be a 40 minute wait because she still needs to serve another family she then tells us “No se va poder porque tienen muchos hijos y se van a desesperar con la espera no se va poder aquí” basically kicking us out mind you the kids are 8 years old and 1 year old no one was crying. We felt discriminated never have we been kicked out from a restaurant we were very lenient and understanding when they said they didn’t have certain things and the wait time. I loved this place we visited 3 times during vacation in Cabo Rojo, I read the reviews as always! before to go and they didn't disappoint us the food was delicious and great service I definitely recommend it, we dine in and take out to the beach that was amazing 🤤 we just eat our breakfast at the beach that was so peaceful. Nos encantó este lugar en Cabo Rojo el servicio fue excelente y la comida riquisima lo recomiendo al 100 si volvemos a Cabo rojo definitivamente volvemos a los famosos cafecitos....

The food was so good. You can smell the waffles being made. I had a sandwich and my family member had the waffle bowl. I wish I had gotten the waffle bowl after seeing it. The food looked as good as it tasted. Make sure you get a cup of coffee ☕️ Delicious cup of coffee. Delicious food.
