Service was much better . Waitress knew the menu and specials .

Hand breaded onion rings were phenomenal.

Biscuits n gravy was plentiful, however lacked flavor of any kid except flour. Biscuits were fluffy and soft Pancakes huge and fluffy , cooked to perfection.

The place looks good and inviting.

Service was slow to start. We both drank our drinks and had to ask for a refill before our orders were taken. But only received half a cup refill. Looked like it might’ve been take your kids to work day as there were lots of people n kids walking through the kitchen.

Was 6 tables in cafe . We watched 1 table walk out.

Food wasn’t the best. Extremely dry Hashbrowns, sausage patty’s were overcooked and hard. Biscuits were small and gravy didn’t have but 1 or 2 pieces of sausage in it. Eggs and bacon were perfect tho . Server offered no jelly or butter for toast and didn’t check on us to ask for item until after we were done eating. Also they had forgot 1 item we ordered . But didn’t get charged for it .

Overall it was just poor service and bad execution.

Delicious light and airy cinnamon rolls that, believe me, I can't stop at just one! Catfish that does not have that muddy catfish taste that they are known for and cooked in a wonderful secret sauce that makes them juicy and delectable. Everyone at Mom's Table has been welcoming and easy-going. The food from the Meat-lover's Skillet to their amazing lemon meringue pie is completely homemade. We heard of this place before leaving Kansas City, on the way to the Golf Shores we decided to give it a try. It was a great experience, great food, great people, great time. The small time feel was refreshing. My husband accidentally ordered the wrong thing for me but what I received was amazing. The locals were so welcoming and even one of them paid for our meal and gave us great advice on directions. We hope to make this a regular stop for when we come...
