Subway — Restaurant in Cache

I have gone to the Subway in Cache, OK, for over 10 years. Tonight was the night you lost a good customer. The older woman employee hates her job. She is always in a foul mood, and does not smile or show any kind of people skills. Tonight, I was waiting my turn, while the customer in front of me had her sub fixed. The employee was told by the customer she did not want spinach or onions on her sub. The employee then had a silent temper tantrum, grabbed the spinach and onions off the sub, threw them to the side with an angry and hateful look on her face. This unprofessional behavior in front of me and other customers turned my stomach. I walked out in disgust, and vowed never to come back. Someone like this hateful employee will never fix a sub or meal for me. I don't want this negative energy in my food, ever! If this employee does not like her job, she needs to find another where she does not have to deal with the public!

December 5, 2023 After 4 years, I decided to give this Subway another try, since the reason for my not going was no longer employed there. The young lady didn't greet me and didn't smile, I didn't feel welcomed at all. She then proceeded to tell me they were out of lettuce, cucumber, and Bell peppers. This was at 11:30 AM. I let her know no cheese, not toasted and had to repeat this 3 times. I also let her know from the start I wanted veggie delight, and she kept asking me what kind of meat I wanted. She then also added that they were out of spinach as well. By that time I was pretty p* off by her bad attitude and the non availability of ingredients. I decided to leave and not come back. Not to point a finger or anything, but went there today and had the worst customer service I’ve had since I have been coming to this subway. I was 3 to the front of the line and there were about 4-5 customers behind me and the lady that was cashing out the people in front of me and when she was finished with them she looked directly at me and went to the back of the store where I could see her and got a drink and started to act like she was doing something when she was not. Knowing that there was a customer waiting to be cashed out and still did not come and do it. I know this lady personally and are not on good terms but that does not mean it should be happening like this in a work place. Will not be returning to...

Love The Subway in Cache because it is exactly what you expect of Subway but even better. They are extremely friendly and still fast in preparing your food. The Subway here has high expectations and doesn't serve any product that shows sign of being stale, unfresh, old etc as I've seen in other subways. They will make your sub exactly the way u request including cutting to a toes in halves and placing pickles so far apart and never complain about any request regardless if it sounds silly.
