Viridian Coffee - Cache — Restaurant in Cache

I’ve been going to this location for years and haven’t had any issues. But for the last two months or so, the service has degraded to a point that I will no longer give them my business. Every single time I give my order at the speaker, then I have to give it again at the window! What’s the point of having an order menu with speaker if you have to repeat it again when they tell you to pull up to the window? Then when the order comes, it’s ALWAYS wrong!!! Never had this problem before. A person named Lexi (who served me) stated that she was the general manager. I asked who I need to file a complaint with. I asked her who her supervisor was as she was the one I was complaining about. She wouldn’t tell me. I never complain, but this is getting ridiculous. I’m a professional person that expects (and gives) professional service from myself, and I expect that from ppl that I give my business to. I will not be going to the cache location ever again.
