I donāt like to leave a bad review but i am Horrified with the service I have received at this location. And when I go to work I pass by this particular McDonaldās pretty frequently and I usually stop to get a caramel macchiato which in itself is an endeavor for multiple reasons. There have been multiple times Iāve had to send my drink back because it was either made wrong not the right size or wasnāt even the drink that I ordered to begin with. However I understand things can get busy orders can get mixed up so I never really gave it a second thought and most the time I would just walk away because itās not worth the time and effort. However I stopped here on one particular day and walked inside because the drive-through was pretty busy I was also going to be getting gas at the attached pilot station. I walk up to the counter and The individual taking orders I will not name names expressed to me that their coffee machine was broken and they were unable to for fill my coffee order so I altered my order and got a bacon Mc double that ended up having no meat on it whatsoever. Of course I went to fix this order but I went through the drive-through this time instead and as Iām speaking to the manager and drive through the individual next to her taking orders takes an order for two coffees when I expressed that the lady at the front counter had informed me that their coffee machine was broken she did the right thing and actually made me a coffee and didnāt charge me for it this time along with fixing my order. Thatās all fine and dandy the individual at the front counter had lied to me and thatās where my distaste was I come back two days later on my way to work again and I went inside to find the same individual that was working prior was working the inside counter she informed me this time that they were not serving cold coffee while prior to approaching the counter i literally watched as I was in line waiting for my order be taken as I two individuals have the Carmel macchiato coffee made for the drive-through ....since I didnāt want to cause a scene, To my other disbelief and distaste I walk outside get in my car and go to the drive-through where I place my order. Youāll be as surprised as I was whenever I was able to receive my order with no complaints and no issues. I walked back inside and then I address the lady at the counter and asked if they were any issues between her and I and she assures me that there wasnāt so I asked to speak to her manager in regards to my issue. To my disbelief the manager just looks at me and says āOK what do you want me to do about itā After I sat there and explain to her my issues with the individual that was working the front counter. Like I said Iām not want to leave a bad review because I myself work for a business that strives off the reviews left on our page and it really takes a lot for me to sit here and type all of this out. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI waited at the counter finally someone came up to take my order. I was number 310 I ordered at 3:15am 4 employees that I could see working. No one before not even in drive through. Order 312 two cheeseburgers then 311 a quarter pounder and fries were served before my Big Mac and fries. After watching them be more concerned about mopping floors and pulling containers out of drawers and commenting how grossās it was and after waiting 25 minutes I walked out after paying and not receiving my order. Prior to walking out I tried asking one of the employees 2 times if she could tell me what was taking so long she blatantly ignored me and pretended not to hear me when she was literally a few feet from me which is what ultimately enraged me enough to leave and take the loss. This generation of owners at many McDonaldās have seriously allowed the quality through the years to go by the wayside which is such a shame considering how large the company has grown. I stopped in here today for lunch on my way back home from Odessa, TX.
No one at the front counter, loud conversation from the back. Had to step away from the front counter over to where I could see the drive-thru window to get someone's attention. Food was made fresh and it was hot and good tasting... HOWEVER!
After leaving the restaurant and getting back on the road. I had to basically stop as fast and as safely as I could about an hour give or take... as I apparently got food poisoning from the big mac, fries, or iced tea. Wound up having it come out of both ends of my body on the side of I-30... 3 or 4 times while trying to get to my stop over point at the border.
I know disgusting and let me tell you I was shocked because the food did not taste bad at all. I will be calling owners / corporations as soon as I get back home. I am currently trying to nurse my body so I can make it the rest of the way home without having to go to the ER in a different state for...
