Di Angelo's Pizza — Restaurant in Cadiz

Giving two stars because their pizza is good but most of the time we get their pizza delivered we have to put it in the oven immediately because it's very soggy because of the grease. Not to mention they are extremely overpriced! We only get food from here if it's their Tuesday pizza deal, Wednesday steak dinner deal or their weekend pizza deal. Their steak is very good and usually well seasoned in my opinion but once again overpriced if not on Wednesdays. On a another the staff is EXTREMELY rude! It doesn't matter whether you're dining in, taking out or getting delivery, all of the staff at Di Angelo's including the owner, are very rude all of the time!! And they do no wrong, ever. If there is something wrong with your order it's pretty much your own fault. They also pick and choose when they want to work. We have gotten delivery from here numerous times after 9pm and amongst those times we have gotten their Wednesday steak dinner deal... tonight is a Wednesday and I just called at 9:40pm to place a delivery order and first the young man rudely told me that they don't deliver this late (Lie #1) and then after I asked to place a take out order for 2 of their steak dinners he proceeded to rudely tell me that they don't do their steak dinner deal this late (Lie #2) and they're out of steaks anyway.... not sure but probably Lie #3. They also have to be lying every Tuesday that we have called to order their "buy 1 pizza any size get one same size pizza free", when they tell us (literally every time) that they only have large pizzas left, no smalls, no mediums, just larges. Lol. I dont see why they dont just change the Tuesday pizza deal to "buy one large pizza get one...

When I called, the worker I spoke with was in-training and missed some of the order details. They got our order wrong and we sent it back with the driver with our phone number. We waited over 40 minutes and no one called us back, so we called the store. We spoke with the owner. We weren't upset at all and just wanted to know if the error was being corrected and when we could expect our food. He immediately became short and loud, and said he didn't know what we were talking about, and that he was going to send back our original order, cold. We were unhappy and asked to be refunded because they were unwilling to fix their mistake, and he told us to never order there again, order somewhere else and hung up the phone on us. They did eventually refund us, but this kind of poor attitude and customer service means I will not be back in the future and neither will my family...

This place has VERY POOR service. My 13yo nephew called 07/12/24 around 11p.m for a delivery. The female employee that answered the phone was very rude and ignorant. He tried to order a pizza and her response was " The pizza would be dropped on the ground, and that the sauce would be made with dirty unwashed hands." She made sure they would not order from there. I get refusing business but saying what she did was just ignorant. He was at a fishing tournament all evening and they were hungry. We all camp very close to there and I'll make sure that we will never order from there from here on out. To disgrace the company you work for is ridiculous and very uncalled for. Your employees need to be and do better!!...
