Lady at the cash register not friendly, any choice she gives you related to the plate you are getting is an additional few dollars charge. Scrambled eggs with american cheese…lady gives you cheese options then charges you for it without any disclaimer! Food is overpriced and when I received my cheesy scrambled eggs I received eggs with a cold slice of cheese on top of it. Cheese did not even melt. Hace años no visitaba Café Don Juan porque el café nunca me gustaba y la última vez que fui pedí el tofu scramble y lo que me dieron fue una falta de respeto. Decidí volver a visitar el local de caguas porque tengo un familiar que anda adicto a los desayunos de ahí así que pensé que tal vez aquí estaban haciendo las cosas bien. Lamentablemente no fue así.... Pedí el open toast de hummus que sale con hummus, vegetales salteados y garbanzos fritos. No tenían el pan de aceite de oliva así que me lo dieron en pan sobao, no hubo problema con eso. Cuando me lo entregan el plato está a mal, los vegetales estaban frescos y no había garbanzos fritos. Hablé el asunto con lxs empleadxs e inicialmente intentaron decirme que los garbanzos estaban en el hummus 😑😑😑😑 como no acepté esa respuesta fueron a la cocina y ahí me confirmaron que en efecto mi plato estaba mal. Cuando por fin me entregan el plato correcto me quitaron un montón de los chips que tenía en el plato inicial, explotaron el pan de hummus y si tenía 15 garbanzos fritos eran mucho...... Inaceptable por todas partes y más aún cuando te están cobrando $12 por esa miseria que lo que tiene es hummus de Costco y apenas 2tbsp de garbanzos fritos. Mi pareja se pidió el waffle que sale en casi $11 y solo trae UN waffle, UNO, SINGULAR.... QUIÉN SE COME SOLO UN WAFFLE?!?!?! Terrible, volvieron a faltarme el respeto. Great experience as usual. Got in a little late, about ½ hour before closing when they were staying cleanup. We were still greeted with the usual cheer and excellent service.
