Denny's — Restaurant in Caguas

I have never received slower service than at this Denny's. They sat us right away, and then it took 10 minutes for our waiter to acknowledge us and take the drink order. It took another 10 minutes to receive said order. Then he took our food order, and the wait for two eggs, hashbrowns and bacon took way longer than the drinks. I contemplated leaving several times, but I was very hungry so I stayed. The front of the house did not seem understaffed at all, and it wasn't busy either. Maybe the kitchen is understaffed, but I didn't see that, so can't really say. Even though the waiter was friendly, there is no excuse for such terrible service. If you're looking for breakfast, do yourself a favor and head to IHOP or your neighborhood cafeteria to eat because you will starve...

The service was horrible, the host wasnt even in her station greeting guests, we had to wait for like 20mins for the host to get there and when she was there she was just talking with her peers without even talking to the line she had almost going out the door, the sat us in the back and the was food at our feet, it was disgusting, we had to wait like 15mins for a waiter to get to us . After we asked to move tables we had to wait like 20 more mins to order, then while we were waiting for our food (like 50 more mins waiting) we saw a man at the host desk waiting, he had to almost go inside the kitchen to get the workers attention. We arrived at Denny's at about 1:00 am on a Tuesday morning after a very long day travelling from Seattle, WA. We thought we lucked out because we observed quite a few empty tables. After a 45-minute wait, we asked the hostess what was the problem. Magically a table was available. Coffee and orange juice were delivered relatively promptly, but it took another 15 minutes for the waiter to take our order. A normal wait period for cold food to arrive was not the end of the ordeal. We got tired of waiting for the check to arrive. We went to the cashier and told her what we ordered and asked her to cash us out. Almost three hours of a Denny's experience is too much for any human...
