This food is made with love. We stumbled upon this gem on our way to grab fast food. I'm so glad we stopped. I could smell the familiar flavors of Mexican street food the moment I stepped out of my car. I ordered the birria tacos while my husband ordered the burrito al pastor. I'm so happy we were upsold into ordering the elote and Jarritos. It's served as two half ears of corn slathered in goodness, topped with a generous dusting of cheese on a stick. To my delight, the chef and owner pulled out a bottle of Tajin to sprinkle on top. I was so excited I ate one ear before remembering to take a photo. 9 out of 10

We were off to a great start. Just as soon as we polished off the elote, our name was called. First, my birria tacos were up. Not gonna lie, I was doing a happy dance on my way back to the table. The tacos were excellent, there was a generous amount of meat seasoned by the gods, the cheese was melted, with diced onions wrapped in a grilled corn tortilla with jyst the perfect amount of crunch. Yum yum. The consummé was the icing on the cake. 9 out of 10.

My hubby's burrito of al pastor was both a hit and a miss. Beautiful presentation, a ton of fresh ingredients, flavorful meat, generous portions, these things all were a hit. When I tried a bite, the 1st thing I noticed was that the flour tortilla was cold, and then the meat was also not heated enough, which was in sharp contrast to my pipping hot off the grill birria. To be honest, hubby didn't even mind and would not have mentioned it he was happily devouring it. Admittedly, it WAS very delicious. Hubby was doing a happy dance of his own. We will have to come back again to see if this was just a misstep. 6 out 10

For a food truck side of the road set-up, it has a cute vibe. There were few tables with umbrellas for shade. The tables were very clean, the umbrellas were a very nice unexpected touch. Exelente calidad y cantidad, con muy buen trato de parte de los empleados. Recomiendo el taco al pastor, el cual incluye cerdo trozado, piña, cebolla y cilantro. Un sabor exótico y tropical con un balance perfecto! Me encantó!!! Tambien probe el taco pibil, un taco de cerdo desmenuzado, cebolla lila y cilantro. Mucho cilantro para los amantes de esta especia! Acompañados de una rica coca-cola!! Por último pero no menos importante el tradicional taco de pollo! Pollo,queso, tomate y cebolla! Con exquisita sazón!

Te sirven a la mesa y una de las cosas que más me impresionó te proporcionan suficientes...

Excelente servicio. La comida demasiado de muy buena . Los pikes , tiene uno de mango exquisito . Las carnes tienen un sabor auténtico los los toques de las cebollas en los diferentes tipos de tacos . Como la cebolla morada en los tacos pibil . Se los recomiendo para un viernes en la noche y un sábado comienza tu jangeo comiendo unos buenos tacos en este...
