The store was upgraded to self service. The last visit I did food was excellent and served between 5-10 minutes. I tried tu use The drive thru in 3 occasions before and it looks like a customer trap. This is the worst McDonald's in the entire PR. Food takes forever to receive, and the employees have a don't care attitude. I have been here 7 times, and it gets worse with each visit.
