I don't feel welcome and I haven't felt welcome. I've been here about 20 times over 3ish months. When asked for my name, I always say, 'Danielle' clearly and carefully. I've tried saying it louder, more clearly, even spelling it out one letter at a time several times, and somehow my name still gets misgendered to "Daniel". Over and over. They don't sound the same... and I don't exactly look like a man, so... I don't get it. I tried talking to a manager about it- I've been here a few times since then, and it's still just as bad. To compare, when I go to Firefox for Korean fried chicken, they get my name right every time- including over the phone-despite the fact that English isn't even their native language. Every person that works there. They've asked me to spell my name, too. This place has not once asked me to spell it. I expect restaurants to get it wrong sometimes of course, that's only natural. But not like this. This is just disappointing. The food has been good and fast, but I'd rather go to a gas station for a sandwich then deal with this every...
Read moreGot my order wrong. Gave me 2 concrete what ever they are, but they were not at all worried about the fact they got it wrong, caused me: time, gas, my cold food, more time waiting for a fresh order, for which I am to be super thankful for. I work 5 12 hour days and hold myself very accountable to get it right. Feel like at the end of my week the scales are not evenly weighed.. Culver's... you have one job. Thank you for letting me drive back to your establishment, to ensure my grandson ate. While I got to eat a cold meal, waste my gas, and time. And then to get back out to my car and watch through the window -see Kevin the manager explaining to the family who asked me what went wrong using air quotes to make me look like I was the problem... just know, the previous week I had lost a dear friend to a very tragic accident. He died leaving a wife and 4 children. I wanted to get through a week and just go home on Friday and be done. Thanks to Culver's for taking a little off my plate for the week... air quotes... cause just...
Read moreI've been here several times. Drive thru service is extremely friendly. Never tried eating inside. "Curbside" is terrible. Twice I ordered online. You tap on an email when you arrive to let them know you're there. Both times I waited 20 minutes and nothing. First time I went inside and after about 5 minutes they "found" my order. It was just sitting at room temp in a bag. Second time I called the store from the designated parking spot (after 20 min) and my food came out a few minutes later. The food was lukewarm and the concretes were fairly melted. The food always tastes great when its fresh, so drive thru is the way to go. Food delivery through drive through is personalized and makes you feel very welcome. I'd change my rating to 5 stars if I had never tried Curdside. Its a shame that in 2025 a big chain like Culvers can't figure this out. I write this to warn others and hope that it encourages Culvers...
