Starbucks — Restaurant in Caledonia Charter Township

Been here a couple times since it opened both inside and drive through. Always got great service from the people working and my drinks have always been good. I did go to get a coffee one day and there was a sign that it was closed so that was weird. Also, first time I went in the person used my start even though I was saving them because I was literally 3 stars away from 400 so I could get a free bag of coffee. The person was newer and used my stars even though I said I did not want to. They voided it and I got the money back and repurchased the drink. They told me the stars would come back but it could take a day or two. I literally waited a week and never got the 150 stars back so I had to call customer service...

I have a special needs child, who I have taken here for some time. I always get my special needs child pup cup of whip cream and have the barista put some kind of sprinkle on it or chocolate chip on top because it brings my child happiness. Today the manager Sierra said that this can no longer happen. I am shocked that this monopoly of an industry can't even put sprinkles on whip cream for a special needs child. 20250706 The barista was GREAT! I didn't see the Michigan Discovery Series mugs on the shelf, and she pointed its exact location on the shelf... and THERE IS IT! This is the 3rd Starbucks I stopped at since crossing the OH/MI border near Detroit. So happy to get this out of the way. Now I can relax ans focus in vacationing!
