Fill up your car at the Pilot gas pump and fill up your belly at the conjoined Arby's. How convenient! It is widely rumored that Arby's has the meats, and it was my turn to confirm or reject this expression. This time, a Beef and Cheddar sandwich was in order. Read moreI showed up twice on two different shifts. The early afternoon shift lost two customers ahead of me because they got tired of waiting for someone to take their order. The people at the late afternoon shift, lost three customers ahead of me and I was the 4th. It's not just the prioritization of the drive-thru, it is as if the account of sales they get is enough. Seriously, a regional or district manager needs to review the tapes and see how many customers walk out from waiting too long a day. They have to be missing out on thousands per week. It's not the first time I've been here nor that the first time I saw customers leave after 5 minutes standing in front of a register and not being acknowledged. or be told it'll be over minute and literally watch the same guy mix up the curly fries for...
