Briseida’s Kitchen — Restaurant in Calexico

It is a bit confusing because there is a big banner announcing tacos, that is not briseidas. There is no clear sign for the restaurant, they just have a menu with the logo on top of the a table. Our server had no experience in serving tables nor taking orders, it took her a few trips to ask us about our orders. Our drinks came almost the same time as the food and I got the wrong drink. Now the food, we had a plate of machaca with egg came with handmade flower tortillas, a plate of enchiladas with cheese. I had some very delicious Chile Rellenos. The rice and beans were very good also. To make it an excellent lunch as far as the food was concerned... homemade fresh off the comal, flour tortillas! My wife had albondigas, also a very delicious option.
