If i could give this restaurant -10 stars i would. Not necessarily because of the food, but the attitudes of the employees. Kendall and her counterpart are two of the rudest Subway workers i have ever encountered. Today it was raining so heavy i could not hear when ordering at the speaker. My entire left arm was soaked trying to give my order. Here is the situation i had with Kendall (keep in mind ive got my window haldway down through this entire conversation and water is pouring inside of my car window): Me: (pulling up to the speaker) Kendall: how many orders do you have? (No greeting) Me: one Kendall: what bread, what meat? Me: turkey, footlong on wheat Kendall: toasted? Me: no Kendall: what else? Me: i have a coupon and would like to add cookies and a drink to the order. Kendall: what drink? What cookies? Me: double chocolate cookies Kendall: what drink? Me: cherry coke Kendall: we are out of cherry coke Me: what else do you have? Kendall: (blah blah blah) Me: i cant hear you at all and its raining in my window can i just come to the window (there is an awning over the drive thru window) and you can tell me then? (Rain going down inside my door at this point and the left side of my body is is soaked). Kendall: (saying something in the speaker but i have no idea what, because the rain is so loud). -Proceed to drive to window- Me: im sorry i dont know what else you said back there because i couldnt hear you because of the rain. What other drinks do you have? Kendall: i cant take your order here you will have to go back to the speaker. Me: i came here because i couldnt hear you thru the speaker because of the rain. Kendall: you knew it was raining when you pulled up to the speaker and you started your order anyway. Me: i come through here all the time and ive always been kind, why are you being like this? Kendall: if you want to order you will have to go back to the speaker. Me: so let me get this straight you are not going to take my order even though you already know what bread and cookies, i just need to tell you my drink, and you are being serious? Kendall: (cold rude stare) slams window in my face. I drove back through to get store number and her name. She has told me (on a previous visit) that people said “she was a smart mouth”. i told her then that i appreciated her and she shrugged it off. Today i saw a really nasty side of her that was uncalled for. I wont ever be back to this location as long as she still works there or the girl working with her on her shift today 5/3/24@2:15pm, as her coworker was also extremely rude. Definitely not the attitude i expected on this rainy afternoon when i was on my lunch break, which i was also late getting back to work because of the nonsense. Moral of the story: kindness is free. Read moreI went to work for this store as a temporary employee until I started my other job, I stated to the manager, Haley I could work till the 19th of August and the manager agreed to hire me because they needed the help since other employees were testing positive for covid. The manager continued to come in even though she, herself was sick (unknown if it is covid, she never went and got tested) I quit 1 day early because of the health concerns of the store and employees. Upon receiving my final check the manager had reduced my hourly rate $1 without notice for hours I had already worked. I disputed her actions and requested a call from the store owner due to this illegal practice and was told that it is their policy to reduce any employees pay if they quit within the first 30 days. I requested the policy that states that and she said they do not not have to notify their employees of this "policy" that this is what they have done for a long time with other managers before her. I requested that the owner call me to resolve this matter and he refused to call me or resolve any pay dispute. My check was then returned to me without correction and it has been over 48 hours without a call...

From standing in line for over 20 minutes with just 2 orders ahead of us, to being out of half of the vegetables... it didn't get any better when the girl behind the counter starts apologizing to a long line of customers behind us because we asked her to check their refrigerator for vegetables. So we got meat and cheese sandwiches. We had coupons, but the guy ringing up the bill is still trying to charge us full price even though he's trying to act as if he isn't. He automatically charges the debit card that's on the app instead of asking for payment. Throws the receipt at us and walks off.
