Starbucks — Restaurant in California City

I stopped in this morning for 2 brownies and 1 coffee cake… not warmed. After I placed my order I waited at least 10 minutes while 4 or 5 young ladies walked around stocking cups and straws. It was not busy. Finally after another customer came in and his order was taken and prepared, I asked about my order. I was told it takes longer for food items. I was the only black in there… so the first thing that came to my mind was REALLY… I recently retired here from downtown Sacramento and I’ve never heard that excuse before or witness that type of non-chalant behavior at a Starbucks. This morning I placed an order via the app, I picked up order once I got home I realized they had given me the wrong breakfast item. When I got back to the store the clerk explained that they didn’t have the sandwich I had ordered so they decided to give me something else without asking if I was ok with the alternative. In addition the item they gave me was of a lesser value. Didn’t bother to tell me, they just assumed I would be ok with the switch. Then when I asked for refund, she had an attitude. Poor quality of service.

I understand items run out, just be honest about it and or don’t be lazy and switch an item without telling the customer just because you are too lazy to...

The customer service here is usually good but for some reason this location does not make mine or my daughter's drinks the same way that other locations do. Plus they're always really watery. They made my drink the wrong way completely this time and then took my drink back inside from the drive thru which I believe is not protocol. I think they took it back to remake my drink with the same one they handed me which made it even more watery after they remade it. Also, the bacon and egg breakfast sandwich has only one piece of bacon on it lol idk if this is normal.
