Horrible service ,one star is to much for this place. We ordered a #3 and a order of nachos. The cashier's name is Joselyne no customer skills what so ever ,she super rude .We got our order all wrong instead of #3 which are enchiladas she gave me three rolled beef tacos and the nachos didn't have sour cream and guacamole. When I told Joselyne that I didn't order the tacos she started to argue with me and when my mom said her nachos didn't have sour cream and guacamole she stated she didn't ask for that(my mom has been there before and had ordered the nachos so she knows what nachos have) I had to pay for the side of sour cream and guacamole ,Joselyne also didn't give me the two horchatas I ordered, when I asked her for them she only gave me one I told her I had paid for two she was extremely rude and asked to see my receipt I felt very upset because I would never ask for something I didn't pay for. Finally they gave me my enchilada plate and it was disgusting they put the cheese and didn't even bother on melting it was frozen,I ended up throwing the whole order away, waste of money!!! . .There's no excuse for this kind of service the place wasn't even busy to say the two employees got overwhelmed ,if they can't handle a total of five customers that was the total of us in there at the time I don't even want to see how they treat people if they to get more than five people .I will never go there for sure and wouldn't even send my worse enemies there. Once again Joselyne needs to be train and also she needs to know what customer skills are because she's way to rude to work in this kind of environment ,she doesn't make this place this place look good at all, she seems to be miserable in this place and she sure makes peoples experience in this place so unforgettable that for sure we won't be back for sure ,well at least my mom and I. Good luck to everyone that...

So disappointed.....again for the 3rd time who said 3Rd times a charm?? We use to come here a lot but lately they have gone down! 1st time got my usual fish tacos well fish was completely burnt yet soggy it was just gross my kids got there usual chicken nuggets and they were so rubbery that my kid couldn't even eat it and he loves chicken nuggets my other child got bean and cheese burrito which she said was OK husbands Carne asada burrito had so much fat in it that he didn't even finish it. 2nd time giving them another chance same thing the food was AWFUL my fish tacos were made with I don't know something other then fish and with lettuce instead of the cabbage and this time no Pico de Gallo just tons of Mayo and lettuce. so today we go back why?? Idk so chicken nugget look like miniature corn tortilla flat no meat and very salty burrito was OK enchiladas well the cheese inside and out was not melted AT ALL looked like a red salad with all the lettuce they put in and the sauce had so much salt that my daughter couldn't even eat it she took one bite and threw it up I tried it and it made my stomach turn! And my fish tacos smh I wish I can post a pic here so you can see the tortilla was cold very hard I dot it was really cooked the fish if that's what u call it was gross tasted like powder mix with microwave fish sticks when they are cooked to long and so much damn Mayo I think if I would have ate one taco I would have got a heart attack, there was no Pico de Gallo and maybe like a small pinch or cabbage like a child's pinch. I will never ever go back to that place again. My friends have been telling me there food socks but I always want to give them the benefit of the doubt we'll NO MORE as much as we love Albertos we will take the long drive to another one!! Well 30$ down the drain cause no one was able to...

So, my family and I did the drive-thru thing. We were pleasantly surprised to see a sticker in the drive thru window showing they had been sprayed by one of the local disinfectant organizations. So that was a plus. My wife ordered the two chicken enchilada platter, which incuded beans and rice. I order the two chicken taco platter which also included the rice and beans. My wife's enchiladas were not only excellent and filled with meat while covered in chesse. They were also very appealing to the eye as we opened them for inspection! The aroma and heat from the platters immediately grabbed us. But we had to wait until we got home to microwave all dishes as we go through the pandemic, 😬. My chicken tacos platter had chicken meat filled from the bottom of the tacos to the top. Very little room for the cheese and lettuce. They were excellent! Mind you that this was our second trip this week, for the same exact meals. This indicated to us that it wasn't a mistake because the first platters were exactly the same. Last but not least, the beans and rice. They were hot and carried a true authentic flavor that is rarely found. These sides did not just have the generic out of the can flavor or straight from the package rice. Time and effort was place in these products. This place was very impressive. I was very pleased with my experience. I have never been inside, therefore, I cannot comment on it. But my two drive-thru visits would be six stars, if it was possible. So definitely a thumbs up, way to...

Great Local Spot with Flavor and Charm Alberto’s in Oak Hill is a solid choice if you’re craving comforting, flavorful Mexican food in a laid-back setting. The portions are generous, the prices are fair, and the food comes out hot and fresh. I ordered the shrimp burrito and it was delicious—plump, well-seasoned shrimp with fresh ingredients wrapped up perfectly. The flavors were balanced and satisfying. The chips and guacamole were a great side, and the horchata was smooth and just right on sweetness. The salsa bar was very clean and well-stocked, which is always a plus. Service was friendly and efficient, even during a busy time. The atmosphere is casual, with that familiar local charm that makes you feel welcome. One thing that stood out was the plexiglass at the register—it feels unnecessary now and makes interaction a bit awkward. Taking it down would improve the overall experience. The dining area could use a little refresh—it’s clean but a bit dated. Still, the food more than makes up for it. Definitely worth stopping by if you’re in the area and craving good, honest Mexican food. I’ll be back!

Everything tastes great. I have found inconsistencies of portion sizes with burritos. (Not always) but if I order a burrito and request no cilantro (or similar) I’ve noticed the burritos to be nearly half the size. The food always tastes really good. I even started to order meat and add cheese with extra meat.(really expensive) but inconsistent on overall amount received. My go-to is anything with carnitas. Usually, a meal for 2 costs between $20-$30. (Not actual menu meals) for example: 2 burritos = $20, nachos and a burrito, or tacos and “rolled tacos” each way is roughly $20-$30 total. The photo is of one carnitas taco. I would recommend this to restaurant to family/friends. Tip: ask for carrots at the window. 4 tacos and a medium drink ran just over $20.00.

Food and Service were terrible. I have been coming here for almost ten years and have always loved the food. After my recent drive thru experience, this will be my last visit. Ordered burritos for the family, the ingredients were not fresh and all the burritos were cold (Hope we don't get sick). In addition, I asked the employee for an extra salsa and he gave me a look like I insulted his entire family. That was our experience, hope this will be resolved in the future and good luck to the owner.
