Birrieria Barajas — Restaurant in California

Don't like to post negative reviews but this place has gone down drastically!! I was one of the avid customer coming every weekend. Last 3 not so good. The meet is not fully cooked and hard. For the past 2 times my order was wrong as they pack it to go. I live in Redondo Beach so its a 30 minute drive. Also another thing I don't appreciate is the size of the tacos they sudently reduced the size. And whats up the quesabirria 6 dlls. For 2 tortillas with the same amount of meat as 1 taco. I started to go since they didn't had the truck they where literally selling on the street across from where they are now and the owner was in charge but now they change. As a business owner I will like to know what I'm doing wrong i tried to call the number they have but no one picked up as I know them and give them heads up. I can tell you they lost a regular, I'm sure they don't care as they are on a very popular street i found another place is called Red teddy's tacos. Its abit of a drive but its worth it . So I live in Compton, only a few blocks from the birra spot. I'll be honest, I did not like birria de chivo but I came here for Father's Day because my dad who lives in L.A. wanted to try it. Long story short I had no clue what to order. Gentleman at the window was soo helpful and patient in helping me, the señoras are cooking in the truck so we knew it was going to be good. After watching Migrationology with Mark Wiens…me and my wife said this was a must to try if we ever go to LA after that episode. Now that we are here 3years later..let me tell you, Birrieria Barajas DID NOT DISAPPOINT. The food was absolutely delicious and the service even better. Although in Compton, this place was SAFE and we had one epic meal. You can tell the pride in the owner and how this is made with love and sweat!
