Buffalo's Pizza — Restaurant in California

Buffalos pizza USED to be my favorite place to order from and my kids loved them....Unfortunately for us every time we’ve ordered the last few months my order was wrong. I would call and say next time can you make sure to get it right. Never asked for anything, even though I was charged for topping I’d never get at $2.50 per. This time I called and AGAIN they get it wrong. So I call back and I tell them and ok they’ll send a new one, I open my cheese bread and I can see the bread, again! Not enough cheese. So I call back, Brandon the manager is dialing the phone not realizing he answers, then says he will need the pizza back (it had red instead of white sauce) I wasn’t going to eat it due to not wanting to be in pain. As I start to talk he hangs up the phone. So I call back, and Brandon is the acting manager and is RUDE!!!! I asked about new management or owner because what ever the change is sucks and he is not a good manager and shouldn’t be dealing with complaints. He has an attitude. When I told him I let him know about my previous problems he asked if I called and when I said yes he said who was that manager you talked to cause he wasn’t sure if I was telling the truth. He said the owner made some changes, and when I asked for him to bring it to the owner it isn’t working he copped even more attitude and said they won’t be going anywhere. The only reason they get this many stars is because they have good dough. But for the family and community feel you used to get when paying higher prices. Not worth it anymore. Just order round table and it’ll save you a few and they don’t normally mess up your order and then cop attitude when...

We always order a pizza and spaghetti with sausage. We’ve gotten pizza as simple as pepperoni to the works and we haven’t been disappointed yet. Now the spaghetti, baby, let me tell you. It’s perfectly sauced and the sausage has great flavor. They also have thee best ranch but they ALWAYS FORGET the ranch IF YOU’RE HAVING IT DELIVERED. The owner uses the excuse “it’s just a mistake” but they do it every time. Other things we like are the cheesy bread, lasagna, and spaghetti and meatballs.

Some things we tried and didn’t care for are the wings, thighs and legs meal, & salads. The chicken wings, thighs, and legs have zero crisp. They leave the skin on annd it’s chewy. The sauce was ok. This is by far the best pizza I have had in the area. We tried Italian Brothers and a few others in the area and all of their red sauce gave us heartburn. Not at Buffalo's, seems they are one of the few places in this area that still cooks their pizza sauce the way it should be cooked, all damn day. Also it may seem like they charge a bit much for each toppings, but honestly it's worth it because the toppings are fresh and plentiful. The atmosphere is that of a neighborhood pizza joint with a little arcade area, lots of TV's, a small bar, and even a coinop pool table.
