I only gave 1 star because it wouldn't let me leave a comment without giving it a star. I stopped in for my 1/2 hour lunch and went in side to order because the last time I went to the Burger King on March and West Lane in Stockton, CA it took the about 12 minutes to answer the drive through. Anyway, I went inside and there were 8 customers in n front of me, one person working the counter and she was not paying any attention to the customers there, it took her 5 minutes to take 1 customers order then she continued to ignore the counter. After 22 minutes and still having 6 customers in front of me, I asked to speak with the manager. I told her that I had been waiting for 22 minutes and the gentleman that was at the counter waiting more place his order had to have been there for at least 30 minutes and her excuse was that she was short hand and didn't have anyone else that she could call in and said that it was only going to get worse as the day went on. Needless to say I left and I think because I spoke up and the manages comment at least 3 other customers in line left. Our last visit was a bad experience with a rude worker named Marissa. I thought maybe she was just having a bad day that day but today's visit was even worse. We were the only ones inside and waiting to order. The same worker Marissa came up to the counter and said for me to use the new kiosk, which I had trouble using last time. I had asked her for help on our last visit and she said rudely "it's new to you like it is to us." She kept looking back at staff like if we did something wrong.
