Subway — Restaurant in California

This subway does have a drive through which is awesome. Unfortunately the touch screen doesn't offer a BLT option... weird for a sandwich place so I pull up to the pick up window to order which I've had no iui issues or bad service about, so I'm ok with it. One time I went I ordered 2 sandwiches and theh were VERY busy. I was asked to pull up front and they would bring my order to me. It took too long meaning over 10 minutes. Eventually I went inside and my older was ready, they handed it to me, just hadn't sent someone out to bring it to me. 😏. Orders are always correct when I go there. Ordering BLT normally I can say there are times depending on who's making my order it's more veggie than anything... meaning 3 slices of bacon on a 6 inch. It's good but just...

Here now, placed the order at about 9:40pm, it's now 10:29pm and still waiting at the window to get my food. I can see them cleaning and manager in the phone, but no one bothers to come to the window and let me know anything about my order. Poor customer service. Got my order at 10:34om and I asked to speak with person in charge or a manager, I was no one in charge. 2x a worker saw me at the window, but didn't bother to tell me it's going to be a while or something. The truck behind us literally fell asleep of waiting too long. She was polite, but overall customer satisfaction was poor due to the fact that no acknowledgement was made. I would have been fine if someone had came to the window and said hey I'm sorry it's going...

It’s the drive through, simply. I feel this is an all time high of “I don’t care about the customer” at this location and it has nothing to do with the people there. The people are on it, polite and well spoken.

They squeezed so much building on to this property they forgot people actually need to access it. 10 parking spots and a drive through meant for motorcycles. At this point this is my last visit as I am sure to scratch my work truck and get fired over a sandwich.

I’ll grant you I am unsure if Subway built the building or developers and they lease, but it is not an excuse. Also, there is still an empty space for another company to come in lol, ...
