We made an impulse decision to stop at this Burger King to order their hand breaded Ch'King sandwiches I had been recommending to my husband after having one at a different location previously. Upon entering, the lobby was roped off with pallets of boxes sitting there. While we understood it being roped off (stupid Covid), it looked like a storeroom because of the pallets. The customers ordering and waiting were limited to a small cramped area to wait. While we were in line we overheard the cashier/supervisor tell other customers that the only drink choices they had were root beer and Surge (I believe). As we don't drink sugared sodas, we were left with no drink options. The customers before us were told that they had no ketchup, as well. There was no offer to get them some in a cup from the prep line. When it was our turn, we ordered a Ch'King, a spicy Ch'King, cheeseburger, Jalapeño Cheddar Bites and Cheesy Tots. As we were waiting for our order, I glanced at the receipt and did not see the non spicy Ch'king sandwich($4.99). Instead, there was an original chicken sandwich($5.69) rang up. I brought it to the attention of the supervisor so she alerted the kitchen of the order change. At no point were we offered a refund for the difference in cost, btw. When our order was done and we picked it up, I was told by the supervisor "just so you know, when you order a chicken sandwich, you get the original chicken sandwich. You have to ask for the Ch'king" to which my husband replied "She did. Twice" (she asked me to repeat my sandwich order) Regardless, since the two items evidently sound the same to the cashier, they should confirm with the customers which one they are ordering. Now on to the food. I had had one of the sandwiches in Colusa and it was so juicy and flavorful so I knew what to expect. What I got was a dried out, hard around the edges piece of chicken with way too much mayo. At least the bun was good nice and fresh. I generously gave 2 stars because I know other locations do better and hope that this...
Read moreI cannot believe this one is still open and they closed the one downtown. I will not go here for myself, but when I get a Grubhub order from here I am still amazed. There’s only one good manager there when she’s there the stores cleaner everything runs good I don’t remember her name but she was here for a while then left and came back. This means you’re working today at 2:41 it’s just amazing she sat there and was talking about all kinds of stuff that had nothing to do with work well I’m just waiting and waiting. When I walked in I saw the customers order get out under the heat lamp. I yelled out a few times but the manager wasn’t trying to hear me she was too busy talking, 15 minutes later I got it and that manager had the nerve to tell me well you gotta get in line and check in land there’s nothing else we can do. Next time it’ll be quicker if you check in line sweetie and that’s exactly what I was doing this place is a joke. I walked in student loan it took 15 minutes to get three orders, And then I had to wait a little bit longer while she told a couple more stories and of course the cashier had to hear it before they help me
Just in case you got fooled like I did thinking that this Burger King was better now because it was pretty good for a couple weeks. Just wanted to let you know they’re back to their old ways. Takes 20 minutes for two burgers and it doesn’t matter what you order they give you whatever they want. They really need to close this place down so some kind of business that cares about their product in the customers can open up...
Read moreI submitted this drive thru order at 7:13pm and arrived after 7:25pm for pickup (I believe the app said "ready for pickup around 7:23pm) got to the speaker and told them my name for the order and they said they got my order and it'll be ready at the window. This drive-thru is always really slow so about 5-8 minutes later I get to the window and the employee tells me I owe over $44. I told him I paid online and then told him my name again, he closed the window and looked to be just now starting my order (milkshake specifically) and then came to the window again to ask me to park out front and he'll bring it out. After parking out front it's about 7:50pm by the time I get tired of waiting and went inside to hear my name being called out to the dining area (he sounded annoyed like he'd been calling for a few minutes at least). I told him that it's my order and I was told to park out front. He just said "well I have it ready now" he then proceeds to go make my daughters kids meal (so not ready?) I asked the other patron next to me if they had been calling my order inside and she said they had been for awhile.
I get home and my daughters milk with her kids meal is sour, the two small coke zeroes and one Large Coke all had no syrup, so were just carbonated water, and the milkshake was completely melted and no longer ice cream.
The wait was terrible (around 40 minutes total), the quality was not good, and the service failed...
