Probably the grungiest donut shop we’ve ever been into. The young man helping us out was friendly and nice, no complaints there. Prices were cheap compared to back home, 2 donuts and a bearclaw cost us just over $3. The donuts were so greasy and all you could taste was the oil, my husband bit into his bearclaw and tasted nothing but grease! Disappointing since there are no donut shops near by where we live. This plaza is also horrible, there was a guy walking in between all the cars looking inside them, foung around the building circling certain cars looking VERY SUSPICIOUS and not to mention dangerous. Hilltop Donuts has seriously leveled up! Since the new ownership, this place has completely transformed. Not only are the donuts fresh and updated with so many fun flavors, but they’ve also added an amazing variety of options—boba, breakfast sandwiches, shakes, and smoothies. Everything I’ve tried has been delicious and you can tell they put real care into both quality and customer service.
