Caffé Adesso — Restaurant in California

Ok let me explain my issue, today is father's day and we came to buy a coffee for my husband, My husband is handicapped military veteran and so we park in the designated handicap spot, He is ordering a coffee in the window when a girl ask us to move the car because she wants to leave which confused me because there was more than enough space to back out, but for some reason she just wanted to leave from where we were parked in the handicap spot instead of the other exit that was right next to her. Husband said ok we are ordering, we were not blocking her space , she gets mad because we don't move the truck (we were finishing ordering) and then starts exclaiming how shes the manager as if that would put her in the right and then she comes in inside the place and tells us we were rude which is simply not true and no exaggeration when i say that she slammed the window in our face as we were ordering. It was a terrible experience If one day you go there make sure to not park in the Handicap spot because there's a chance you may get a window slammed...

The line was very long with 5 cars ahead at 6am but we decided to wait. AM barista was very confrontational. When receiving the 2 drinks, we asked to clarify the order. My boyfriend accepted the drink even tho it was incorrect and I kindly asked her to remake my drink with Almond milk like I originally asked. She told me I never said that and that I need to specifically state that next time. Terrible customer service especially when she messed up both orders and refused to take any accountability for it. Instead she wanted to blame me while being extremely hostile. I would never recommend this place to anyone after receiving my second drink and it tasting very bitter. I assume she took too long to pour the shot as her demeanor seemed to not care about anything - which explains the long wait initially. We ended up going to another coffee shop and had a much better experience. Do not go here unless you expect a bitter woman who looks like she just...

Just tried this little coffee kiosk- coffee was very good - I had a iced non fat latte with an add shot. The three stars came because I enjoy my coffee and when paying $5+ The customer experience is important. This is a drive through so I expected to wait BUT two women walked by my open window without a greeting and the lady taking my order barely said two words and no smile at that. I will continue to go to Cleveland Cafe, Alpine Roasters and Crobean for my coffee - all are especially personable, with great coffee and fun stuff to eat. 6/27/2022 Returned for another iced latte and the young woman waiting on me today was very pleasant, friendly - second chances are worth the time! Thank you. Changed from 3 to 4 stars!! 10/5/2022 I have now visited here numerous times and have received excellent, friendly service and great coffee...
