I’ve been bringing my grandson here for three years. Always put in 20 or 40 bucks to play games which he has enjoyed. Well, that all ended my last visit. Had an issue with the machines, eating coins, and went and talked to the guy with the cowboy hat about it. We’ve lost a few coins every time we go, but this time it added up to about three bucks so I thought I would let them know and get some back so My grandson could play a few more times. Not only was he rude. He was confrontational and insulting. My grandson eight years old was standing next to me when he insulted me for putting coins in a machine that wasn’t working.” You mean to tell me you kept putting coins in a machine that wasn’t andvancing and you expect me to give those coins back to you? He went on as if he wanted to insult me further I had to walk away As my blood rose!. And then he said, I appreciate you in a snarky way. .. Well, my grandson was with me like I said - I wasn’t rude in the least. I simply asked if I could get some of the coin back that we lost. Tried to reach the owner to let him know, but was unsuccessful. Therefore, I will just leave this review. I mean, the guy was real nice until he wasn’t! I sure wouldn’t want someone like him working at my business. Lots of choices out there we won’t be back sorry to say. My frustration has cooled Nathan and I appreciate your response. If you are the owner I met you at a nearby establishment and you invited me to visit your place with my grandson. We have been many times since and we both have enjoyed our time there. I have always lost coins but you expect that at any establishment with machines, you expect it no big deal, it happens. However like I mentioned I started to keep track and as we came to the end or our $20 it had added up to a few bucks, so I asked why not? First thing he says is "I don't make any money on those machines" followed with 'Didn't you read the sign?? What sign? Again hey I don't make any money on those machines and you play at your own risk and there are no refunds?" Yes I didn't just go okay, I started to tell him that we are regular customers and I went on to explain how the machine ate them up with no play. Thats when he started in with his insults and very quickly I could tell this guy had a bad attitude for no reason I could tell. I would have probably put in another $20 had he been reasonable about it even if he could not refund. Like I said he was nice enough until his feathers were ruffled. Even if I rubbed him the wrong way who would talk to a man with his grandson like that? I defiantly do not want to deal with...

Chris the manager of this establishment who always wears this ridiculous cowboy hat. Has absolutely no business working any job that deals with the general public. I have a friend that is a regular customer and met him there for a few beers recently. My experience consisted of disrespect and discrimination when Chris refused to serve me water. I mentioned the liability due to a personal medical condition, and kindly requested water again. His reason to deny me water was he doesn’t serve “drunk ladies”. I was not acting out of line or disrupting other patrons. How I was treated qualifies as discrimination but more importantly as a licensed bartender he should care about the ethical responsibilities that come with the job. I I will report this incident to the Dept of Alcohol and Beverage Control. The owner will be contacted and held responsible for their employees bad judgment. Quality and the little things equate to a wonderful place to frequent. I've been going for most of the year. Cap's is not in my neighborhood but when I want a great tasting Artisan Pizza, reasonably priced and a good uplifting atmosphere this is where I go. I took my 20 year old daughter for her first time. She loves the white sauce. You can add as many ingredients for $13 for a 13" pie All pizzas are the same size and she included Chicken, bacon, Spinach, mushrooms and Artichokes and she loved it. Very picky so this a huge compliment. She had the dinner salad and all ingredients were ultra fresh! I'm a red sauce guy, simple, pepperoni for me. Today I scored! $10 for one topping!
