I would have rated it a 0 but I can't. Let's start by customer appreciation. They do not have it doesn't matter how many times they see you throughout the week. They do not value you or your money or your experience, I. Pay almost $6 for 1 drink. And they continuously messes up my drink when I go back to get it fixed. I'm not compensated and they give me nasty attitude about their mistake. And this Dutch Bros is more expensive than the most Dutch Bros in the area. So you would think because they're more expensive? Today I went up to the window to pick up my drink and realized my drink was iced instead of blended and I immediately felt super bad because they went through the effort of making my drink. The person who took my order probably didnât hear me correctly which is completely understandable but the person at the window (girl with short black hair and blue eyeliner) looked visibly upset when I told them the mistake and I kept apologizing because the last thing I wanted to do was be an inconvenience. While waiting for them to remake the drink, the person at the window refused to hand me my drink and had the other worker who made the drink hand it to me instead.    Read moreThis was the 3rd visit to this location. So far all three visits were marred with wrong drinks and lack of knowledge on how to charge or even how to make the requested drink.
We specifically requested for hot on one of our drinks and they made us an iced beverage. When handing it back I was met with displeased facial expression along with eye rolls. To be clear, employees were talking amongst each other in earshot about how to charge and make one of our other requests. When we were given our large drinks we asked where our shots were thinking they figured it out. They replied back that they never charged it or made them and would have to charge us again. We had already been at the window for 10 minutes. At that point we have up and left with our regular drinks.
Recommend properly training your employees on your charge system and menu. Maybe a touch of customer service for some. Unfortunately, we likely won't be returning to...
