I’m a mother of 6 kids(5 ant home) and just took in my sister. Of the kids at home 4 have special needs, so I can’t always go out and get food and delivery is to expensive. On September 22nd my husband went to get us lunch. In the drive thru he ordered his food then asked me what I wanted. I then heard Norma say to him, this is fast food if you take this long come inside. He said he wasn’t done, but I told him to leave. He doesn’t l, so then she tells him to pull up. He lets her know he wasn’t done ordering but she rudely tells him to pull up.
He brings food home for me and him because he’s unable to get the kids food because he was being rushed. When I opened up the food, it was burnt and fries weren’t fresh. So we went back up there.
I asked for the manager, and the person who took my husband order just happened to be her. 🤦🏿♀️ I asked her did she have a bad day and she replied no. I then proceeded to ask her why she spoke to my husban that way. She then replied because he was going to slow. We went back and forth for a while, until I asked her for a refund for my burger and an apology to my husband. Got the refund, some more smart mouth talk, then the word apology. Definitely want to speak to someone on the phone because email isn’t working for me and there’s no customer...
Read moreI went in last week to have a quick lunch. I clearly mean as I stated the meal number and the cashier asked me what size I wanted. When I looked at the receipt it looked off and I asked the cashier why only the hamburger was listed. He stated that's what I ordered. I said no, I ordered a meal. He told me that when I state the number of the meal that just means what burger I wanted. I explained to him that I've never hear that and never been given just the burger when I ordered a meal number. He got the manager. She told him that it does in fact mean the meal and if I wanted the fries and drink I had to void the last transaction and then pay again for the meal. At this point I was very frustrated with the customer service. I told them never mind and just took my burger with me. I did not want to deal with a refund then being charged again for a mistake they made. Most times I come here they mess up my order. I will not be going to this...
Read moreI called the night before to let them know I would be coming in the morning to place a large breakfast order. I also told them that it was for a homeless shelter. I was asked what time in the morning and I said between 7 -7:30 AM. I was told to walk in and not go through drive thru. The following morning I called at 7:15 to let them know I was on my way and no answer. I called again and left message regarding my order. At 7:45 the door was locked so I went to the drive thru only to be told that they open at 8 am and that there was no communication from the night crew letting them know that I was coming. Whoever I spoke to gave me the impression that there was absolutely NO COMMUNICATION AT ALL BETWEEN THE NIGHT CREW AND THE MORNING CREW!
I left and went across the street to McDonald’s and was given hot breakfast for 25 people in less than 5 minutes! Carl’s Jr. bad management!...
