Wasabi Japanese Sushi Seafood — Restaurant in California

It's been over a year. However, I bought a couple here for celebration of engagement. We had reservations and arrived before time. We got seated and was told they wanted to wait for another group to fill table no problem we were buying drinks and talking. They set so they escorted a group who was on their way to a prom/Senior dance not sure. Which we enjoyed the company. After we All order the group they ordered like 1dish split among each themselves because they were dressed and didn't have much time. So the eat fast and left. Mean while we were still eating and the Host(middle age lady) comes and snatch the groups plates not smiling then she slams down new plates came back 3 minutes picks them up! Told the guy to move us to bar. I still had full plate steam everywhere. My husband was still eating our friend had eaten half hers her now husband was the only person that finished. I said why? They said cause we ate slow and the other group finished even though we sat 30 minutes with their request. I was offended and humiliated because people looked at us like we caused confusion. We all got up! Said nothing left a table of food paid for our meal and drinks left. The chef was tip by my husband before he left the table. On top of that the Chef apologize for the delay. Horrible! We were regular customers! A month ago we ordered a large take out order, after we took it home there was a human nail in one of our plates! I immediately drove back there and showed the owner, then she offered a refund on that one plate! Should havr learned then but we didn't amd gave them another chance and went in today for my daughtere's 10th birthday, and our waiter was nice until he brought in the wrong appetizer. I then asked him to bring us the correct one, his response to us was absurd, he couldn't since my kids ate 1 of the shrimps! Our order is always well over 150$, there are 6 of us.. Being frustrated with his response and hostile demeanor I asked to speak to the manager. The manager was decent and understanding trying to make things better, but the waiter refused to calm down, arguing and yelling! When I asked the manager for my bill because we were leaving our waiter's reaponse was bye! Took my family and paid for whatever they brought out, gave them a big tip and left! They're customer service is great as long as nothing goes wrong! It's miles below par! Rude and don't care for their customers!! We will never go there again, nor recommend this to anyone. The service was ok , The Hibachi chef did a few tricks when cooking the food but otherwise the drinks had no flair to them, they were just poured into a glass with no cherries, no limes, nothing decorative about them at all !! The food was just OK , we had a party of six and spent over $400 , I will never go back, They should hire a bartender that actually knows how to make a drink look enticing, and it was definitely too small of an establishment with not enough room to even slide your chair out to go to the bathroom without bumping into the next party table or the hibachi chefs cart, it was not very welcoming.
