My experience with china one was very disappointing. I ordered $50 plus worth of food, which I ordered take out through their website. I got, 2 different combination, it included soups for an additional charge. Some spring roll as well. I got a phone call shortly after, saying that the restaurant does not accept credit card online therefor I will have to pay at the restaurant, which I absolutely did not have an issue with. I arrived at the restaurant and was greeted by a very aggressive male that said I have to pay which I said yes no worries, someone called and told me. He presided to sound irritated as he spoke Chinese to 3 other people. I payed for my food, but ended up waiting 15 more min for it. I realized they didn’t cook it until I actually arrived. They gave my food and when I got to my car I checked the bag, because I noticed it was small for all that I ordered. That was when I noticed that the soups I payed for were not in the bag. I went back and asked about the soups I showed them the receipt from their website showing there was soup included. The same aggressive male, preceded to say no soup included even after I showed the receipt. I was irritated so I just went ahead and say ok could I please order 2 soups then. After getting home, I unpacked everything that was when I noticed which was really the last straw, they made 2 of the exact combination. And that was what really prompt me to write this review. I ordered my food at 8pm and they closed at 9pm and that is the only thing is can think of why they were acting the way they were, and why they didn’t completely make my order. My suggestion this that old man that is just very aggressive and mean needs to not work the front. He gives off a very toxic aura to the environment and I could tell he probably is either the owner or the head chef. To top it all off the food was not good. But it could be because they rushed it or just didn’t care because it was an hour before closing I also suggest to close at 8pm if your quality is going to...
Read moreThe quality of the food here has seriously declined all the while prices have risen way above normal expectations. The food used to be outstanding, so much so that I at times ate here twice a week, and raved about the quality to my friends. In the last 1.5 years the level of quality has declined exponentially. Two weeks ago I had Pork Chow Mein. The dish was basically tasteless and the Pork was "old", "hard" and "chewey". I was stupified by how bad it was. I would have complained but all the staff barely speak english, (or "act" like they do...) so communicating with them is at best useless. When the food was great I did not care that we had no conversations, but, when the food is this bad, it was at best frustrating. Decided to give them one last chance and ordered my favorite dish Mangolian Beef. I ordered it extra spicy as usual. The size of the entree has declined, the price went up $2.75 and the taste was bland. Understand, this is not a tough dish.....Onions, Scallions, Beef, Peanut Oil and Thai Five Star in a Jar spice. They produced a beef and vegetable weak thin soup. My disappointment was complete. I will be looking for another Chinese food experience in the future. I gotta tell you, this is sad because this used to be some of the best Asian Cuisine I had...
