Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in California

I usually go to DB on madison and Kenneth at least 4-5 a week and have been satisfied until I went through last Friday night and had ordered 3 drinks and I payed for them and realized I wanted to.use stamp card for a free drink so I asked the girl to do that, I actually used my H&R block card because I couldn't find my debit card so she had charged 11.50 for the 3 drinks 2 were medium and soy and then a small with extra carmel or something. I can't remember for sure I had ordered for friends. Anyways she took my stamp card and charged me again 7.50 for the drinKs and didn't refund the 11.50. the next morning I went to buy my normal drink and a small green tea. And had asked one of the guys about the charges, I had told him the totals of the drinks and what I could remember about the order, he pretty much told me how much I should have paid and that it didnt match up with their prices and that I was a liar. He never actually said the words but he made me feel pretty low, I told him it wasn't about the money it's just kind of wrong to charge someone twice for a single order. Anyways I payed for my order sat morning and let it be. But then I decided to go through my transactions and total up all the money I spent at this dutch bros specifically for the month of january, which ended up being 196.48$. And i always tip 15% because i use my debit card i always click to option to tip. I have even handed a 5$ bill for the tip sometimes if i can spare it. Which is crazy considering how I was treated. After that I have no motive to go back and spend my money to be treated...

Nothing but great things to say! The drinks are always amazing here! There is usually a fairly long line, but they get you through as fast as possible. I completely understand the wait. We are all there for the same reason!

The customer service here is always great. You are always greeted with a huge smile. Employees are very helpful. Always willing to give suggestions and help you decide what you want. When busy they come out and walk the line to take orders so by the time you get to the window you are ready to go. Everyone seems very happy to work here.

They have a great selection of drinks. I usually tend to stick with the iced americano. But my wife loves getting different flavored lemonades (which have all been amazing so far) and her and my daughter also love the smoothies. I have tried the rebels which are also very good.

I usually get pretty good experience at Dutch bros. but today was a bit disappointing. I understand being busy but is seemed to take forever today waiting to get to the window and then it felt like I was then rushed through once I reached the window. While one side of the drive through seemed to be filtering through customers pretty quickly the side I was seemed to be going way slower, it felt like I waited in line for 30 minutes, with three cars in front of mine, though I didn't time it exactly. In addition I consistently order a caramelizer freeze extra sweet without whip for both myself and my boyfriend yet while his tasted like they usually do mine tasted like the wrong syrup was put in there resulting in weird fruity coffee taste. I'm bummed that this happened because I really love Dutch bros and this was my first not so great experience there, and for the time being I'm going g to be a bit offput by...
