Pros

1. plenty of parking.
2. place was quiet and clean.
3. there's games you can play while waiting.
4. cute little place.

Cons

1. only one person working.
2. there was only 1 person ahead of us waiting for his 1 drink. Took the guy behind the counter a good 25 mins ish to make our taro smoothie and Thai Milk Tea.
3. their bathroom wasn't working. :'(
4. Taro boba smoothie was REALLY sweet. Too sweet. Thai Milk Tea was watery. I could barely taste the Thai tea in it. Very disappointed in both our drinks.

Conclusion This is a cute little area. Clean restaurant. They had games you can play while waiting. Tables looked clean and white. Nice large parking lot w plenty of parking. Sadly, bathroom wasn't working, only 1 person working, our Taro Smoothie and Thai Milk Tea was not good, no smile or greeting when we walked in. ;) As cute as this place is, this will be our 1st and last time here. I wish I could give 0 stars for my experience here. I went into the store a few days ago and ordered. I sat in one of the few open chairs while I waited for my drinks. When I sat down I noticed that the chair felt a little wet so after I got my drinks and went out to my car I checked my clothes to see if they were visibly wet. My grey and black garments had orangey pink stains spread across them because I had unknowingly sat in bleach. When I called to explain the situation and the fact that they had ruined my clothes by neglecting to clean their lobby properly I was told that all they could do was stop using that product. I was offered nothing to make up for the damage of my property, not even a free drink. Not only did my property get ruined but I think it’s important to note the lady sitting in the chair beside me had a young child. What if her young child or any other had messed with that chair not knowing how harmful the liquid on the chair could be. It is not only irresponsible but dangerous to leave bleach or any other chemical anywhere in the lobby, especially not on the chairs meant for your...

This is the closest boba place to me, it’s okay. I probably would not go here very much if it wasn’t so close.

The drinks are okay, some are better than others, but the service is not always very good. Have had a few unpleasant experiences, but overall it’s been okay. I also think some of the drinks are a bit overpriced.
