Just tried this spot yesterday, let me tell you it is so good!! I just learned about pupusas about a week ago. They are one of my new favorite foods. The first place I had them from was in the Bay Area, I immediately knew I had to find a place in Stockton, well I found our spot!!! Can hardly wait to eat there again. The owner was so friendly and eager to teach us about Salvadoran cuisine. I would highly recommend El Patio to anyone that loves Pupusas.

Been coming here with my partner since 2016 and it’s still one of our go-to spots. The food never misses — breakfast plates are bomb, the pupusas are seriously top-tier, and the natural aguas always hit. He’s a fan of the sopa too. The owners are super sweet and always make you feel welcome. Definitely a spot we’ll keep coming back to.

This is Authentic Salvadoran food! The pupusas had good flavor; probably because all ingredients were fresh. The most satisfying and surprising was the sweet empanadas and sweet-sour horchata! It's made different then the Mexican version. No rice milk, just freshly ground ingredients.

The popusas are so delicious, we don't live in Stockton but we drive down there because their food is really good. But during Covid we are to eat in our cars and we had the worst experience with some older man that was at the front counter, he was so rude when we asked for forks, he gave us 2 at first and then we went back in because we needed 2 more for my kids and he just handed them not to happy. He also made a rude comment when we asked for more napkins because we said we had little kids and we needed more than 3 napkins so he said "That's why you carry wet...

This place seemed like any other closed building around the area and was surprised to see that it was actually Salvadorian and opened. The gentleman working at the time was friendly and came back to our table to check up on us. Now onto the food!! I have tried other places and have not liked them so I was really hoping for this place to WOW me and I gotta admit that it did!! The pupusas are amazing I felt like eating more and more but would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to eat pupusas oh and their horchata was...

I absolutely love this Place. I have gone to a lot of Salvadorian restaurants.... They dont compare with El Patio. I usually go there about twice a week. I love their "Tipico" plate. Its scrambled eggs with fried plantains, black beans, and their version of a "tortilla". BOMB! the pupusas sets them apart, the cheese and the quality fresh products they use are noticeable while you take your first bite! Give em a shot, tell the Owner Carlos that Josue sent You, he...
