El Patio — Restaurant in California

The popusas are so delicious, we don't live in Stockton but we drive down there because their food is really good. But during Covid we are to eat in our cars and we had the worst experience with some older man that was at the front counter, he was so rude when we asked for forks, he gave us 2 at first and then we went back in because we needed 2 more for my kids and he just handed them not to happy. This place seemed like any other closed building around the area and was surprised to see that it was actually Salvadorian and opened. The gentleman working at the time was friendly and came back to our table to check up on us. Now onto the food!! I have tried other places and have not liked them so I was really hoping for this place to WOW me and I gotta admit that it did!! I absolutely love this Place. I have gone to a lot of Salvadorian restaurants.... They dont compare with El Patio. I usually go there about twice a week. I love their "Tipico" plate. Its scrambled eggs with fried plantains, black beans, and their version of a "tortilla".
