The place was stocked with nice looking used appliances at a reasonable price. It was neat, the appliances looked clean and there was plenty to choose from. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars, is customer service, it was practically non-existent. We walked in ready to purchase, the worker didn't greet us, or say a word to us, we said hello, no reply. We ended up leaving because we needed to use restroom, they didn't have one available, which there was a sign, so we weren't upset about that. After driving somewhere to use the restroom we came back to their store, this time there were two workers, again no one greeted us, they didn't say a word. So we asked for help, but the guy that helped us wasn't giving us any information. We had to keep asking questions, felt a bit uncomfortable, but still willing to purchase, then he told us the furthest they deliver is Lodi, we were needing delivery 10 miles past Lodi, we would have paid double the delivery fee, but at that point we where done doing business with them. This place had the cleanest appliances and best priced of all the used appliance stores we went to in Stockton, and we went to all of them ( I think).. but the customer service was THE WORST!. If they fix that, they will be a 5 star business through...

I bought a washer and dryer in 2007 and they been fine since up until now 2016 I'm having issues with them but they lasted me a long time for old washer and dryer . As long as you take good care of them they last pretty long and it also depends on the brand name of the appliance, mine were whirlpool machines and they last a long time in quality . I think it's time to upgrade here .. My dryer needs repair or replacement all together .. It's not drying any more and the lint screen needs replacement . The washer still works ok but may need replacement also since I've had it for a long time and I have had minor issues with it in the past but fixed them , but I am sure soon it will be out...

Not good customer service. I went in wanting a washing machine. They had 3 an I told the GUY that I’ll be here tomorrow morning to get one. A specific one I showed him. He said ok. I went the next morning and they all had a HOLD sign on them. I said wait I didn’t know you can hold stuff for people. He said yea we do then I said how come you didn’t tel me when you know I was coming the next morning. So didn’t get the washer I wanted from them. Very poor customer service. Seems like they have there regulars taking all the good stuff. So I won’t be going back ever again. There’s a better spot down the street if you do...
