Hilltop is truly a treat! The views are absolutely breathtaking and create the perfect backdrop for a memorable meal. The service was spectacular—friendly, attentive, and made us feel so well taken care of. Everything we ordered off the menu was fresh and delicious. Great location, and standard breakfast is good. However, ordered the eggs Benedict and they made it with tomatos, mushrooms and onions !!! This is NOT how eggs Benedict are supposed to be served. It’s fine if you want to butcher a traditional recipe but at least don’t call it Benedict and this is not how Benedict eggs are served. Only creates confusion if you take a traditional breakfast dish do something completely different and still call it by the same name. Cuisine at this place needs...
