Jack in the Box — Restaurant in California

On 11/17/2023 my father almost chocked to death on an acrylic finger nail that was in his teriyaki bowl. He rushed in my room chocking pointing at his throat. I had to administer the Heimlich maneuver to help force the nail out of his airway. The nail was long and thick. Needless to say we both was disgusted. I drove him back to the Jack in the box so we can file a complaint and get a refund. To our surprise the Acrylic nail belong to the manager on shift. Her name is Deysi. We politely pulled her to the side and informed her that her nail was in the teriyaki bowl and my father chocked on in. She admitted the nail belonged to her. That much was obvious. She had about 3 or so missing nails on her hands. She did apologize and refund us. Nevertheless, this was a hazard. There’s bacteria that lives under nails and can cause serious illnesses. This hard, unsanitary, foreign object was in my father’s throat, literally blocking his airway. He now has a sore throat. I’m encouraging my father to go to the hospital to get checked out. We are considering legal action because this situation was traumatic and we’re unsure what damage that nail could cause to my father’s throat. Also, we asked for a corporate number and the manager stated she doesn’t have a way to contact corporate which is why we are leaving a review in hopes that someone will contact us back to talk about this matter. The “manager” at this location was so rude and Lacked basic manners. The fires in Vacaville had caused a evacuation for my mom and her dog and my niece and nephew10&5. We were on our way to a hotel when we had to stop at the gas station near this location . I took my moms dog along the wild plant area just outside the parking lot . Manager proceeded to tell me that she has customers that park right there that like to eat and I explain to her that the dog would never go No poop anywhere but in her own backyard she just needed to go P and she told me to get off her property and told me that she’s gonna call the police so I told her to call the police please do and explain to them that I’m just trying to let my dog P totally pathetic and...

Last night coming from an awesome Easter service my friend offered some much needed din din so we go and order I had ordered a double cheeseburger with pickles and mustard ketchup pickles and only cheddar cheese so we ordered and we left at home I realize that it was incorrect they said they would replace it I went this was the night crew by the way got treated awesomely and got my burger was great much love to that Crew I was pleased I will buy here more because of this gesture of kindness goodness and professionallity good work night crew team and they're double cheeseburger is more affordable than McDonald's and taste better in my opinion go there...
