Taco Bell — Restaurant in California

This evening at 6:50pm 4/11/2021, I went through the drive through at the Clayton Road location and asked when ordering if they had the cheesy quesalupa cravings box still.. I was told no. That they only had meals with the cheesy quesalupa. I pulled to the window and decided to ask again. The girl working the window told me that they do indeed and asked the young man that took my order why he told me that they don’t. He said I didn’t order a box. I told him the first thing I asked was if you still had the carvings box with the cheesy quesalupa. That was the whole reason for me going here. Not only did I not get a box but another girl that brought the food up started telling I didn’t know what I was ordering.. I told her I clearly did if I was asking for it.. all three of the employees started arguing with me about I’m not getting a box, even though that is what I was wanting. This restaurant has sadly gone downhill in the last few months. Every poor customer service. I used to be a customer service manager, what happened to making an adjustment in price and make sure I pay for and receive what I was actually wanting to get in the first place. That is all I was wanting.. but instead all customer service went out the window unprofessionalism took over all 3 employees. Sadly I will not return. I was trying to get a quick dinner for my son and I after a really long day at work. All I got was...

Constantly rotating staff, drive through orders are always wrong, was there last week and they didn't give me 3 quarters of my order, I asked if I should pull around cuz the line behind me, manager said "don't worry about the line" rolled his eyes at me took my bags and reciept brought them back a few minutes later with maybe half the order. I gave them my bags and receipt again at which time they claimed to have made the wrong order and gave it back to me, food thrown in the bag with total disregard, and i was still missing an order of those stupid nacho fries and I was given the wrong burritos.

I just finished eating at this Taco Bell location and I absolutely had to leave a review to specifically mention the worker who helps me whose name is Jesus was incredibly helpful and kind even though my order must have been difficult to deal with he stayed calm and highly professional in a way not usually seen in a fast food setting and I was so impressed and so appreciative I came to leave this review specifically to make sure he got credit where it was due thank you again Jesus for all your help...
