Jack in the Box — Restaurant in California

I don't usually write reviews for fast food drive thru except when it is needed to alert any others as to the risk and what happened to me. It was not noticed until after I returned home as due to Covid I want to take my food and change and go. Imelda the cashier had short changed me! I paid with two ten dollar bills and received four singles back and change, but she pocketed the fiver!!!

Count your change people before leaving the window in the drive thru! I guess they don't pay enough and the cashier has to help themselves with customers money...

If a manager wants to pull the receipt, it was at 11:34 and the onion rings were stale and dry. The Chicken Teriyaki bowl was okay.

Aaiii luv stopping by here either going to work or after work. I luv those egg rolls and curly fries! My only issue, for the egg rolls, is that they are being stingy on the sweet n sour sauce. If I'm in a hurry, no time to check, I'll end up with only 1 on a 3 egg rolls. C'mon.. I mean, common sense. When I ordered 1 egg roll, they gave me 1 sauce. Alright! So why whenever I buy 3, still 1 sauce (when I don't check)? 1 sauce is never enough for 3 rolls ( my own opinion). Can't they just provide 2, or better 3 sauce automatically on that 3 egg rolls order? Instead of waiting if costumer will ask for more. But ofcourse, I'll still b stopping by at any Jack in the Box. The soda machine must be dirty. Maybe they are not adding all the syrup as it tastes funny. Maybe the employees dont know how to cean or fill the machine. Has been this way for roughly 3 months. When I order a cluck sandwhich the employees keep giving me spicy cluck sandwhich. There is a huge difference. Does not matter if you door dash, go inside or drive through yourself. My suspicion is the employees don't care, can't read or want you to eat spicy whether you like it or not. The fries have been undercooked for about as long as the soda has been whack. This franchise go up a d down in terms of quality too often. I'm looking for a consistent franchise location instead. The one by the college is under...
