Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Castro Valley

Ordered a pizza for delivery. After 1 hr I called to see where it was at. It ended up that they delivered it to the wrong house.

When I asked what they were going to do about it they said that they would go pick it up from the wrong house they delivered it to and then bring it to me.

Gross! I don't want a pizza that has been handled by a stranger for 30 min.

I asked them to make me a new pizza. That is when the guy at Papa John's freaked out and started screaming into the phone then he slammed the phone down and hung up.

I tried calling back but they kept picking up the phone then hang up immediately.

I use to go here all the time. They lost my business when a new employee answered the phone and took my order and quoted me the wrong price. I didn't find out about the wrong price until I called back 5 time to fix my order that's when the "manager" said that the price that the new girl quoted was wrong by 4 bucks. I informed this "manager " that I would not be paying for a miss quote and that it would be in their best interest to make me the customer happy. But no she the "manager" lost my business for EVER!!! Please re consider ordering from this location. As I walked in to pick up my pizza I seen the manager who was boxing up my pizza sneeze and she proceeded and placed the pizza box on the rack. She didn’t look away when she sneezed or wash her hands after. This is not acceptable. I’ve always ordered from this location and she’s been here for at least a year that I’m aware of. The second thing I have seen an employee do that should also be addressed is remove his hat to wipe off the his sweat on his forehead. You cannot do this! And I should’ve said something right...
