John’s Burgers — Restaurant in California

I'm like a food critic, and I came from Alaska, and I came to this place from a Local Person who recommended this place. I have massive high-quality taste buds for food and more on the menu to try out. The chili Cheese Fries are by far the best I've tried in Bakersfield so far since I've been here for about a month, and the customer service is well mannered and helpful with a warm smile greeting, I'm a BIG fan of avocado and bacon, and the California Burger tasted just like eating it homemade at backyard bbq hangout of the way it should taste unique that I really enjoyed, and the Raspberry Ice Tea was refreshing. Overall very fulfilling due to the massive portions👍, so what I tried so far was perfect massive portions for just Chili Cheese Fries and amazing Chunky California Burger for the right price to have a happy belly of enjoyment. If you wanna enjoy they food and stay cool or warm from, then park and come inside or walk here and enjoy the amazing atmosphere they have and the clean environment while dining in or drive through. They also have condiments to get or ask for ranch. I highly recommend them for when you're hungry or family dine in or if you're in a hurry. I have a few recommendations, I would request is big flyer singns or lights of a guide to the restaurant when people drive by on the main roads for a more viewable seen and attraction and more longer drive through. Wonderful experience here and I'll be for be sure to coming back for more and other food to try out on the menu. Keep up the good work, everyone, and the cooks in the back, everyone deserves a raise and a couple of business shirt uniforms....

Food is always good not one complaint about that. I've been coming to this location since 2004 and because it's small and it's not an ideal spot to dine in and that's only because it lacks the proper insulation like other establishments.because it's wasn't built for an indoor run the mill type of fast food place .it was Taco bell before.so it's no fault of John's burger. Don't get me wrong I'm describing my experience going there on one of the hottest days to dine in and it had those industrial size fan as their cooling source for us customers waiting in dining area and it didn't help that it was over 100 degrees of weather that day so that's what I was not find of....Now customer service could have been a little bit friendly but maybe I just caught her having a bad ,hot day so it's understandable but common courtesy and friendliness comes with the job .so hopefully y'all get better customer service...

I have passed by this place a bunch of times and always told myself I'm going to check it out next time. Finally, I went in the other day. I was quite pleased with everything and I really mean everything. Yeah, it's a funky little hole in the wall but it's clean, the staff is extraordinarily nice and helpful, the place is clean and best of all, the food is great at an awesome price. What more could you ask for? The breakfasts are comparable to a diner/cafe at half the price. Portions for things like fries, fried mushrooms, onion rings, etc. are good size and again, the prices are great. They also have a nice variety of burger joint foods.
