This specific location needs to get their act together! Absolutely ridiculous! I waited to post my initial opinion just in case it was just a bad day....However, I have had the same experience at this same location 4 or more times now... First off, the employees are all out of control. They all, (including management) talk in appropriately in front of customers, cursing and gossiping and literally show no concern whatsoever on who can hear them. They don't even acknowledge the customers that are standing in front of them waiting to get their question answered. As a walk-in, I have never had less than a 2 hour wait for a typical "Hot N Ready" and bread sticks. Upon ordering they do inform me that the wait is an hour, but that has never been correct. It has always turned out to be 2 or more hours, no lie! My last visit I ordered two pep. Pizzas and two bread sticks, and was told that they ran out of bread sticks for the night, then said oh we have 2 left that nobody picked up. I said ok. Fine. Then they said it would be an hour before my pizza was ready. So as myself and my daughter waited we watched several people walk in, place an order, wait maybe 10 minutes and leave with pizza and bread sticks....a few people a really got loud with the staff when they noticed people getting bread sticks after being told they were all out. Management came out and said it was a misunderstanding yet they continued to tell new customers that they had no bread sticks. Idk. I was mainly concerned on why I was stuck waiting for my pizza yet those that walked in and ordered after me were being handed the hot and ready pizzas that were coming out of the oven while they ordered. On top of the unprofessional employees and the clueless employees, along with the waiting and frustration, the store is in total disarray. It looks as if they are going through a remodel with boxes stacked everywhere and every single employee walking around bumping into one another acting like they are totally lost or confused ...nothing but chaos. As I waited to talk to management, which was apparently one of the employees standing in front of me chatting it up and cursing and laughing with another associate, I decided to point out their unprofessional behavior (out loud) to my six year old daughter and explain to her that this is NOT appropriate behavior in a workplace at all. I expressed to her that I hope she never acted like that when she is older and employed. After hearing me use them as an example, they quickly got quiet and finally turned their attention to me and seemed very confused on why I hadn't been given my food yet...so they gathered my order instantly. Not once did they apologize or show any concern as to any of the complaints they were receiving. It's really sad how they run that place. I normally prefer little Caesars over other pizza places but honestly, I'd rather pay double elsewhere rather than continue to endure the continuous bad service and environment. (Young Male, glasses, light brown skin, speaks quietly) I just want to make sure that this employee is rewarded, and recognized. When I was driving by to get a Hot and Ready, the line was out the door and I decided to go else where. However, by the time I turned around at Beale...I realized the line was almost gone...Literally in less than 5 minutes so I dropped in. There was a few in front of me, and I thought I would have to wait at the very least 15 minutes for my order. NO. To my surprise I didnt. He prepared the pizza for the woman in front of myself and 4 other customers in less than 2 minutes. Folded boxes, Sliced the Pizza's, and gave her the order. And he completed my order in the same time.
Let me tell you...Whoever this employee is, please tell him he is awesome and his character shines through his work. I will most definitely return due to this remarkable employee. He prepared 4 orders SINGLE HANDEDLY in less than 10 MINUTES...seriously...all by himself (while a female employee prepared ONE pizza in the back). There are not enough words to express my awe in this person and his work ethic, working amazing under pressure, polite nature, and I can go on and on. If you want more business...Give him your business seriously, He will get customers to come back, and new customers to drop in more often. Do not take him...
Read moreI recently decided to give this place a second chance last time I visited the customer service and store was very poor, however after giving it a second chance I was glad to see improvements around the store and within the customer service. When I walked in I was immediately greeted by the cashier,which impressed me, mind you I was being very observant of the store and what it had to offer. I proceed to the register to place my order with Angela the cashier whom was very informative on the daily specials and had answers to other questions I had. I order a few hot & readys however Angela could only give me 2 but ensured me that she could have an additional pizza out in 15 minutes and because she was so interactive and had an uplifting personality I didn’t mind waiting. I was ecstatic to have received my pizzas sooner. With that being said I do NOT regret giving this place a second chance. If I could walk in and have the same customer service that Angela Provide every time I come to order I definitely would consider this place as my go to! Keep it up Team...
