Location: CA - Bakersfield Date of visit: 11/7/20 Time of visit: 7:21pm Comments: My order#16058808 I spent 28.10 for two combos and gave a 2.00 tip for the amount of money I spent this amount of food wasn't worth it and also they didn't give me my egg rolls that were supposed to be included in my meals I have to drive back and waste my gasoline for two eggrolls I received more rice than I did meat and vegetables I feel like I can go to panda express and get more food and payless I'll never do business here and I also recommended my family and friends not to do business there aswell completely unsatisfied customer I feel I should be compensated for waisting my gas just two pickup two eggrolls when they didn't even take my order correctly yet I even went out of my way to offer a 2.00 tip to not get my eggrolls and waste my gas I give this restaurant a one star there food is a joke there beef looks like grinded up ground beef they gave me more rice than meat and vegetables there beef is salty and there egg rolls are greasy and have no flavor I would rather purchase eggrolls from panda express I will never ever do business here again ever i think the flame broiler has way better teriyaki bowls than this place and it's worth it...

Last week I had ordered the edamame and didn't receive it. I didn't mind so I didn't make a fuss. This week I went back and Marleny came out, immediately apologizing for forgetting the edamame last week and said she gave us the edamame even though I didn't order it this time. She said she always feels bad when she forgets an item so she tries to remember the costumer so she can apologize. It is so refreshing to see young workers going above and beyond to make someone's day. It must be so stressful to work a job were you're ridiculed for honest mistakes, it was just so impressive that this location does not let the stress affect their job.
